Perfection For Us (Bleach Story) Ch. 19 Dates

“Toshiro…..Toshiro…” a soft voice was calling Toshiro’s name. He drowsily opened his eyes on a bright Saturday morning. He looked up. Ishi was sitting on his torso. “Toshiro you up?” she asked. “I am now…” he mumbled. “I want to go on a date today.” Ishi said all of a sudden. It was sudden enough to make Toshiro bolt right up Jolting Ishi onto his lap. “What?” he asked. “I’ve already planned it. I just need to know if you don’t want to…” Ishi trailed off feeling suddenly shy. “I’d love to.” Toshiro said. Ishi smiled brightly and kissed Toshiro’s nose. “Kay well get changed into some comfortable clothing!” she said running out. That’s when he finally realized she had been wearing green mid-thigh length blue jean shorts and a brown tank top with flip flops and her scarf and arm warmer. He blinked and sighed. He stood up and threw on some blue jean shorts and a black t-shirt. Pulling on his socks as he walked out. Ishi was waiting on him. “We’re going out now Orihime!” she called. “Alright!” Orihime said from the kitchen smiling at them. As they left Rangiku asked Orihime “What’re they doing?” “Ishi and Toshiro are going on a date today.” Orihime said. “Whaaatttt???? They didn’t tell me that.” Rangiku whined. Orihime just ignored Rangiku as she went on and on about how unfair it was they didn’t tell her.

 “You want me to what?” Toshiro said looking at Ishi and the bike. “Sit on the back and hold onto me.” Ishi repeated. Toshiro did as she said. “Alright help me kick off.” She said. Toshiro did. It was leisurely bike ride at first then she picked up speed. Toshiro found himself enjoying the scenery as it flew by. Ishi was enjoying having Toshiro’s arms around her. They biked for about two hours. “Alright get ready to help stop.” She called as they entered a homier looking neighborhood. They stopped an Ishi walked with the bike as Toshiro walked on the other side. “Here hold the bike.” Ishi said. Toshiro shook his head but waited like he was told to do. She came back out holding two bentos. Now he walked with the white bike while she held the lunches. He followed her to a park. Together they sat side by side in the sandbox. The bike rested right outside of it. Ishi handed him on of the bentos. Toshiro took it gratefully. “Are you having a good time Toshiro? I know I am.” Ishi said. Toshiro nodded. “I am to this more fun than I expected.” “We could sneak the bike back to the sertei….”  Ishi said. “No, it’s one thing between us not my men.” Toshiro said laughing a little. God he felt good around her. “Awe but it would have been awesome!!!” Ishi said laughing.

They had finished eating. Ishi then threw sand at Toshiro. Toshiro returned the favor and soon they were covered in sand and laughing like little kids. The others in the park seemed to feel the happiness and didn’t interrupt. Then standing up and brushing off, they recycled the bentos and got back on the bike. “There’s one last place I want to go.” Ishi said. Toshiro nodded and they started up again. It was amazing how far Ishi could go on a bike and not get tired. They were at a beach. Ishi took off her flip flops and went into the water. Toshiro followed her. It was about sunset. They had been in the park for a while just talking and laughing. “So did you have a good day?” Ishi asked. Toshiro nodded. “One of the best.” He said. Ishi turned and looked at him. Toshiro looked at her and just as they were about to kiss they heard. “AHA! I FOUND YOU!” it was none other than Rangiku Matsumoto. Together they yelled. “RANGIKU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Hizume heard all about Toshiro and Ishi’s date from Ishi. Then Hizume figured she’d do the same for Renji on Sunday. She nodded excited. She was really happy. Though Rangiku hadn’t been. She got yelled at by Ishi and Toshiro. Hizume bit her lip and walked over next to Renji at the table. Everyone was having a good time. “Hey Renji.” Hizume asked. Renji looked down at his girlfriend. “Yeah what is it?” he asked. “Do you want to go on a date tomorrow?” Hizume whispered to him. Renji nodded ecstatically. Hizume giggled at his immaturity. “Tomorrow then.” She said. “Yeah tomorrow.” Renji agree. “Oh ho ho? What is going on tomorrow?” Urahara asked appearing out of nowhere. Hizume slugged him in the face. “None of your ***n business!” she said obviously pissed.

Renji woke up and got dressed. Then moving as quickly as he could without waking jump the others he met Hizume outside. Hizume smiled from where she was sitting on a motorcycle. She threw him a helmet. He caught it. “Put that on and hop on.” She said. Renji did. Hizume then started driving. She sped down the road. Renji had no idea what the plans were at all. Hizume stopped at a boat docking place. There was a boat waiting on them. “Come on.” She said tugging Renji forward. Renji laughed and followed her. They got on the boat and sat down. The captain began to the trip. “Where are we going?” Renji asked. “You’ll see soon enough.” Hizume said. Renji sighed the excitement was getting to him. Soon they arrived at a beautiful island. Renji gawked at the tall trees and beautiful flowers. “Call me when you’re ready to leave!” the captain called undocking the boat.

Hizume grabbed a backpack she left with one of the crew members the night before. Renji was still in awe. “Come on our date waits.” And their date was a great one. They explored the island. Soon they were resting in a cave that had an underground waterfall that went into a pool that made a stream... “This has been amazing.” Renji said after they got through laughing about remembering on of the birds. “Really I’m so glad!” Hizume said. Renji smiled. Hizume smiled back at him. Then Renji kissed Hizume. Hizume kissed him back. Then Renji’s stomach growled ruining the moment. He laughed embarrassed. Hizume laughed just because it was funny. She pulled out their lunch. He took it gratefully. They ate and talk enjoying each other’s company greatly. “So what’ll be doing when we get back?” he asked. “Get off the boat drive home and sneak off to bed so they can’t ask questions till tomorrow and ruin this day.” Hizume said. Renji nodded. Then Hizume called the captain and they were making their way back through the woods. The captain smiled at seeing them walking up to the boat holding hands and talking with bright smiles. “I think their date was a success.” He told his crew as they approached.

The crew was happy too. Hizume and Renji sat and happily talked about their trip on the island. The crew listened to their conversation while they worked (eavesdropping). When they reached shore they realized the motorcycle had been stolen. Panicking because Hizume’s phone had fallen into the ocean. The captain calmed them down by saying he’d drive them home. They thanked him over and over for his kindness. They sat in the back of his pick up a he drove them home. Then finally they had their long awaited kiss. Back at the Urahara shop they had to sneak in through the windows to get back into their rooms.

All in all the weekend had been grate for both couples.
