Shoey one shots

First impression *smut*

Joeys pov: my dad just starting hanging out with this woman. Its obvious that they are dating but he tries and acts like they aren't. Her name is Teresa and she's been coming over a lot, most of the time I have to come out and talk with her and when I do she goes on and on about how I need to meet her son, Shane. Today they are both coming over.

Joe (Joeys dad): Joey! Get down here! 

I rolled my eyes and ran down the stairs. I walked to the front door and Teresa stood there with who I would assume is Shane. 

Joe: Joey, This is Shane. 

yep.

Joey: hey. 

Shane smiled at me. Wow.  I didn't expect him to be this attractive.

Joe: Teresa and I are going to be down here, would you please keep Shane company. 

Joey: yep. C'mon my room is upstairs. 

I motioned for him to follow me and I lead him up to my bedroom. I sat down on the couch and he sat with me. 

Joey: so... You're Shane? 

He just nodded. 

Joey: what? don't talk? 

He looked down at his hands. 

Joey: c'mon, dude. 

I tried to play off my "straight voice" and he still stayed silent. 

Joey: alright. 

I looked away and picked up my phone. Obviously he doesn't want to talk.  I waited for about five minutes and then he finally opened his mouth. 

Shane: I like your room. 

fuck. his voice is hot. Nonono Joey! this is your dad's, girlfriends, son. 

Joey: thanks, so...you do talk.

He chuckled. 

Shane: sorry, I'm just awkward when I meet people. 

Joey: its alright. so, how old are you? 

Shane: 17. 

Joey: Same. 

oh my god, he's my age. 

Shane: So I guess its a bit weird that our parents are dating... guess that means we have to be friends. 

We both chuckled.

Shane: my mom actually used to always say she never wanted a boyfriend, this is weird for me. What about you? 

Joey: yeah. I thought my dad would never want another woman in his life after mom divorced him. 

Shane: sorry about that. 

Joey: its okay. I was little.

He nodded and we awkwardly sat there again.  

Shane: so... um... have a girlfriend? 

I could tell he was just trying to make conversation but I freaked out a bit, what if he's homophobic. He better not be because its taking every part of my being to not kiss him right now. 

Joey: um... no. 

Shane: really? 

Joey: yeah. 

Shane: thats surprises me. 

Joey: yeah? well... do you have one? 

Shane: nah. Actually I just got out of a really shitty relationship with my ex-boyfriend a couple months ago.
