Gathering Information

     "Y/N-ssi, would it be alright if talked to you for a bit?"

     Jungkook was nervous. He was convinced he was only doing this because he was a good person- because he didn't want a young girl to be unsafe. Subconsciously though, he wanted to get to know you, as did the other members, if not some more than others. You had made quite an impression so far, and that grabbed their attention. Whether that would amount well in the future was yet to be known.

     "Yeah, sure I guess." You moved slightly to the side, making space for him to walk in. Jungkook entered your room and sat on your bed, anxiously gripping the comforter. He wasn't quite sure why he was so worried, but instead of questioning his emotions, he did his best to look like he was alright.

     "Could you, um, close the door?" Jungkook asked you, finally looking up at your face.

     Somewhat weary, your brows furrowed, but you did as he asked anyways. You then went and sat in a chair off to the side of your bed. You didn't want to sit right next to him, it would probably make the atmosphere even more tense, if that was possible.

     "What do you want?" You prompted, putting up your act again. Jungkook gulped and moved his gaze back to the floor.

     "There's... some things I need to tell you." He spoke slowly and carefully. "You can trust me."

     You weren't expecting this. You weren't expecting his visit at all, but you especially weren't expecting him to tell you something so privately. Was it something that secretive?

     "Okay, talk."

     "It's kind of like... a warning." He glanced at you. "It's about the other members."

     You tilted your head to the side, a look of interest on your face. This man went through nearly the entire day silently and now he's visiting your room at night to speak with you privately. To give you a "warning." This could be very good for your research. He might've able to give you the information you need on the rest of the members. You nodded at Jungkook, urging him to continue.

     "The members aren't the same as they used to be. Not at all." He shook his head. "They've changed. A lot. Ah- I don't know where to start."

     "Start from the beginning."

     And so he did.

     "At the start of BTS, everything was pretty great. After getting used to each other, we became pretty close. We were best friends- like a family. Over time though, I can't pinpoint where it started, but things started changing a bit. It was small at first; Namjoon was a bit irritable at times, Jin was a little bossier on occasion, etcetera (etc.). Eventually, it became more noticeable. And then it became a problem. Now we're here, and the fans and public have no idea since they act so well when on camera."

     Jungkook hoped he was getting it across to you that he wasn't like the other members. However, he had a feeling that you were suspicious of him still. You probably thought that he had problems too. Maybe you thought he was a compulsive liar or something, he couldn't know for sure.

     "What were they like before?" You asked in a softer tone of voice. Jungkook was surprised you dropped your sarcastic flare, even if just for one question. He liked the way it sounded though.

     "Before? Should I say all of them?" He questioned in response. You nodded and he continued.

     "I'll start with Namjoon, since it seemed like you got a good enough impression of what he's like now." You both chuckled. "He was always really smart, like he is now, but he wasn't so obsessive over it. I think people just complimented him on it too much, and it got to his head. Anyway, he was a very leader-ish person. A natural, really. You would just kind of find yourself wanting to listen to him, because he was smart and always used the right words. He was also very philosophical, always saying deep stuff and talking about life at random moments. He was also able to be lighthearted and funny too though, and he was really clumsy. We called him the "God of Destruction" because he would always break stuff he touched. I mean, he still breaks stuff, but it's usually intentional now since he gets mad so easily.
