"Miss Y/N, Bang Sihyuk wishes to speak with you immediately."

The boys in the group all turned to look at you. Fear swirled in your stomach.

"Um, okay." You responded quietly, splitting off from the group to follow the staff member.

"We'll be in the same room as yesterday when you're done." Taehyung called to you before the group of men walked off down a hallway to the right of the reception desk. Not that the information would help you at all- you didn't exactly know the building well enough to know what room you were in the day before. The staff member led you down the hallway to the left into a separate elevator. The two of you rode up in awkward silence until you reached the top floor. You then followed him down another hallway. Sooner than you would've liked, you were in front of Bang PDnim's office.

The staff member opened the door for you and then left you to fend for yourself. You gulped nervously as you sat in the familiar chair in front of his desk. Freaking out, you nearly broke a sweat.

"You wanted to see me, Bang PDnim?" You questioned timidly. The man before you continued staring at you seriously, as he had ever since you entered the room.

"Mm," he hummed, "I have some concerns Y/N."

You began to quiver slightly. Was he going to fire you? Surely not, you hadn't done anything that terrible.

"Perhaps I should've realized this before putting you out in the field," he continued, "but I think I've taken the wrong approach with hiring you."

You braced yourself for impact. You were just waiting to hear the words come out of his mouth. Those few words- "We're letting you go, Y/N." What else could he be talking about? Despite your previous thoughts, you just knew that he was about to fire you. For some reason though, you really didn't want to be let go.

"Y/N,"

You squeezed your eyes shut.

"I think we need to change our plan a bit."

You flung your head up and looked him in the eyes, a look of shock on your face.

"What?" You questioned quietly, confused at the turn of events.

Bang PDnim stood up and started to pace around the room. "Well you see, I was thinking about what we agreed to do- you acting like a rebellious teen and all- and I realized how stupid it was. Maybe it would make them want to teach you a lesson, but it would most likely make them hate you! First impressions are important, and if you come off that way it'll be hard to make them think of you differently. It would just be so much easier for you to be yourself so that they don't dislike you. We're lucky I caught this early, or else it may have been too late." he explained.

You were dumbfounded, and incredibly relieved. The decision you had made merely the night before, he was telling you to do right at that moment.

"That's such a coincidence," you said. "I realized that just yesterday. I already reintroduced myself and everything."

Bang PDnim chuckled. "Of course you get it before me. That's just like you."

You smiled shyly. At that moment, you were mostly just glad you hadn't lost your job. For some reason though, it wasn't the money you were making for working here that concerned you. You weren't afraid of not being payed. It had to have been something about the boys, BTS. Maybe it was just that after seeing what was going on with them, you got attached to the case. Yeah, that was probably it.

"So I suppose I didn't really need to call you down here did I? It seems you've already handled things yourself." he exclaimed jokingly. You giggled and stood up out of your chair.
