As the night grew later, the few stars shone brighter, and fatigue began to settle over you and your newly confirmed friend, Jimin. The two of you had stayed silent since the end of your conversation, simply staring out into the sky. The silence was not by any means awkward, though. It was the type of silence that could make a cold night warmer, or turn distress into tranquility. You partially wanted to ask Jimin why he had brought you all the way up to the roof just to ask you a question, but you figured it was just so that none of the other members would hear. Your eyelids started to feel heavy, and you let out a yawn.

"Oh," he whispered cutely, "are you tired?"

You had never heard him speak like that before. He barely talked at all, but usually when he did it was a monotonous mutter, or on very rare occasion a more bold, authoritative tone, which you had only heard maybe once or twice. However, when he spoke to you just then, he seemed to gasp slightly at noticing your exhaustion, and then talk with a soft and warm feeling voice, a hint of concern laced throughout his tone. You almost didn't know he could sound like that. Needless to say, you liked it.

You nodded, and he pushed himself off the wall. Jimin grabbed your wrist and pulled you behind him for a couple steps to lead you in the right direction before letting go. It seemed to be something he had done repeatedly that night. Perhaps it was just so he could express to you to follow him without having to say anything. As he led you back to the dorm, your tired mind seemed to blur. You had school the next day after all, and not knowing how late it was scared you. You were definitely not looking forward to Jin's wake-up call the next morning, nor were you looking forward to school in general.

School wasn't exactly the happiest place on earth for you, granted it wasn't really for anybody, but still. As a foreigner, you had a hard time making friends. Everybody just seemed to shun you on a low level since you were so different from everyone else (unless you're korean, then you're just socially awkward or something idk). You had a few friends, but you didn't have many classes with them, and they were often too busy studying to hang out outside of school. Basically, you were kind of a loner. That was part of the reason you were up to the job working with BTS- they may have been grown men, but you always got along well with adults, and with the job you were basically guaranteed regular social contact. Luckily, it seemed to work out well enough. You had befriended three of them, and out of the other four only one of them seemed to blatantly dislike you. None of them were friends with you exactly, but at least they didn't hate you. Besides Namjoon of course.

You must have spaced out in the elevator, because you felt Jimin pull you by your wrist again when the doors opened. Truthfully, you didn't doubt the fact either, you had a tendency to space out more than usual when you were tired. Once you finally arrived at the dorm, you sluggishly changed into your house slippers and trudged off to your bedroom, Jimin walking you there. All you could think about was your bed- laying down onto the squishy mattress, your warm comforters enveloping you as the sweet release of slumber came over you. The idea almost made you drool. As you passed Jungkook's room, you could hear that he was still playing his game, which made you glad to know he hadn't been worrying about you and waiting on your return.

Jimin watched you into your room, not wanting to move from the doorway in fear of invading. Maybe you had just offered him friendship, but that didn't mean you were all close and intimate like you were with Taehyung. It wasn't like Jimin had been automatically fixed after your talk on the roof. He came to realize some things, but his detachment habit was still alive and thriving, so he would not suddenly discontinue isolating himself, as easy as that would make things for you. You would still have to work to get Jimin back to normal. He smiled slightly as you flopped yourself onto your bed, your vigor towards sleeping making a small joy bubble up inside of him. Something about you just seemed to make him happy, but he couldn't figure out what.
