"(Y/N)?" Jin said expectantly, the way a mother does when she knows her child isn't telling her the truth. You sighed and screwed your eyes shut, knowing you had screwed up. Before you could explain yourself, Jin had grabbed your wrist and pulled your arm out to examine it.

"How did this happen? Are you bullied at school?" he inquired, turning your arm to look at the bruises in different angles. The memory of Kwak Jaekyu's pestering entered your mind, and you sneered slightly, but Jin didn't notice.

"I wouldn't say bullied so much as bothered," you muttered bitterly. He averted his gaze from your arm to your eyes and tilted his head slightly in question.

     "What happened?"

"Ugh," you groaned, "there's this boy in my class named Kwak Jaekyu. He's always doing something to get on my nerves. Today he decided to occupy himself with pinching me instead of doing his work."

Jin dropped your arm and leaned back on the counter behind him. Crossing his own arms over his chest, the tall male raised an eyebrow at you.

"So a boy at school is harassing you?" he asked, a slightly intimidating sort of gleam appearing in his eyes.

"Well I wouldn't personally go so far as to call it harassment, that's too big of a word. I'd really just say that he gets a lot of pleasure from annoying me," you explained, rolling your eyes at the end. Having been assured that you weren't having trouble at school, Jin nodded and allowed his expression to soften. However, after a couple of seconds, his lips lifted up into a small grin as he slowly started to giggle.

"(Y/N)~, somebody's got a crush on you," he teased, drawing out the last vowel of your name.

Your eyes immediately bugged out of your head in shock at the horrendous suggestion that had just came out of Jin's mouth. Kwak Jaekyu liking you?! Not only was that a scenario you didn't want to imagine, it was also absolutely idiotic to believe anyways! It was ridiculous!

"Absolutely not!" you sputtered out, causing Jin to laugh even more.

"It's true! I was a young boy once, (Y/N)-ah, and I know that's how it works. This Kwak Jaekyu is only such a bother because he has a huge crush on you!" his laugh transformed into a high pitched squeaking noise, a sound you could only compare to that of a windshield wiper.

You gasped and instinctively hit Jin's arm out of embarrassment- an act that you had second thoughts about as soon as you had done it. Luckily for you though, he didn't seem to be offended by the action. Seeing your flushed face, his laughter failed to cease, and finally began to draw attention from the members that had been minding their own business in the living space on the other end of the rectangle room.

Taehyung and Jimin raised their eyes from their phones almost simultaneously, their vision darting to where you and Jin stood in the kitchen. Hoseok's attention had also been grabbed, but he kept his eyes on the book he was aimlessly flipping through, choosing to only listen in on what was going on. Namjoon had already left to his room to work on what everybody assumed was lyrics, as had Yoongi, and Jungkook had decided to spend his free time playing video games in his room again.

"They seem to be having a lot of fun in there," Taehyung muttered with a blank expression, though anyone who looked hard enough could see the slight furrow in his brow that expressed his distaste. Jimin merely glanced at the other male before once again training his gaze on the scene in the kitchen. His eyes were glued to the panicked and flushed expression on your face as you seemed to stutter in front of Jin. He couldn't recall a time where you had seemed so embarrassed, you always seemed to be pretty level-headed. With that in mind, and Jin's aggressive squeaking, he couldn't help but wonder what their eldest member had said to you to make you so flustered and erratic.
