**Dream**
Arriving in the clearing, I decided to just practice finding clever ways to make my fox ears look like a real headband. I had managed to grab some normal black ones from my room, and turning human, I worked on making it look believable. As I practiced my own skills, everyone else arrived and were practicing on their own. After a while, I walked over to Jerome to ask him what he thought about my "headband".
It looks good, why? He said.
It's not a real headband. It's my fox ears sticking out with a plain black headband, making it look attached. I say, explaining it.
Why did you ask me though? He asked.
Because you're one of the people who hasn't seen my full fox form. I answer. Walking off, I begin wondering if I'll have a birthday party. And if I did, would I be able to invite Raven and Cheryl over for it? Would there be surprises besides the gifts? I hadn't had a party since I was 7, and that would be 8 years ago tomorrow. Oh well, I'd ask when I got up.
Around midnight or so Preston and Vikk disappeared, yet I didn't notice. A little later Mitch, Lachlan, and Rob left. Not long after them went Jerome. It wasn't even time to wake up yet. I shrugged, and kept on practicing. An hour or so later, all of them reappeared, except for Preston. Where did all of y'all go? I mentally asked Vikk.
Everyone disappeared? I was getting hungry, so I woke up to get some food. I didn't realize everyone else woke up too. I felt like he was lying, but I couldn't tell, because he may be very good at lying telepathically. Oh well. It didn't really matter though.
Do you think that if I was to wear my hair down so it covered where my ears would be, people wouldn't notice my real ears would be fox ears? I asked no one in general.
It almost fooled me, until I remembered that time you had them out for the vid. I heard Rob say.
Ok. If y'all think I can get away with it then I'll do it. I said. Suddenly Preston reappeared. Preston, where'd you go? I asked him.
I needed to go check on something over at the office. I couldn't remember if I had turned my computers off or not. He said. I was skeptical, but oh well.
It's probably a good time to wake up. Mitch said. We all agreed, and so they all left except me. I wanted to explore this area a little longer, and how I'd get there from the house. Finally, I decided to get up like the rest of them.
**end of dream**
