Getting up that morning, I remembered that it was my birthday. Wait, were those voices I heard downstairs? Probably not, I mean, who else would be here besides Preston and Brianna? I pulled on my fire hoodie again and got some jeans on and walked downstairs. Coming into the living room, I find the whole Pack chatting.

"Is there anything for breakfast?" I asked, getting their attention.

"We actually got you doughnuts. Come on, we were all waiting on you." Preston said. Following him into the kitchen, I see doughnuts with chocolate frosting and rainbow sprinkles. Each one was decorated a little differently, but it was close enough that you couldn't tell if you would have more than someone else.

After eating, I got ready for school. Grabbing a plain black headband, I went upstairs and got my fox ears out, putting the headband like I had practiced on.

"So, who am I riding with?" I asked.

"While we were doing stuff last night, we discussed this, and decided that two of us would go. Those two are Preston, obviously, and Mitch." Vikk said.

"Ok, sounds good." I said. We all got in the car, and started heading to my school.

During lunch, Raven and Cheryl gave me these little presents. I opened the first one, and it was a cute little bracelet, with turquoise and fake gold on it. In the second one was a necklace that matched it. I immediately put both on, and loved them.

"Thank you guys so much!!" I said, hugging both of them.

"We went shopping last night, and found these, and figured you'd like them." Cheryl said.

"I don't like them. I love them!!" I said, startling them at first. Just then, I heard someone walk up behind us, trying to be quiet. "Yes?" I asked, before turning around to see Liam standing there.

"Why are you getting presents?" He asked me.

"It's my birthday, obviously." I replied.

"You never told me." He replied.

"Why would I have? We're not close friends like I am with Raven and Cheryl." I said, just wanting to enjoy my current gifts. He finally left, and so I started chatting with Cheryl and Raven like I had been. "So, I'll ask Preston if I can invite y'all over if I have a party. Since y'all have already gotten me amazing gifts, if I do have a party, don't bother bringing something."

"Ok, I can't wait. What if I want to bring you something?" Cheryl asked me.

"I mean, I'm not saying no to more gifts, but you don't have to." I said.

"Can I look at your headband?" Raven asked.

"You can at the party. There's something I want to tell y'all, but it would be in a more private area than here." I said. She looked at me, clearly wanting to ask about it, but stayed quiet. Just then, the lunch bell rang.

By the time I got home, I had forgotten that the Pack was there. I was planning to just go up to my room and do my usual routine. Homework for roughly an hour, then draw or read while listening to music. I guess they had all gone somewhere, because I walked in with Brianna, and went straight upstairs.

Opening my door, I found a little box on my bed. I walked over, and started to open it. Once I got all the paper off, I realized what it was. Someone had gotten me a phone!! I stared at it in shock, not registering I now had a brand new iPhone.

"Do you like it?" I heard Brianna say. "One of the guys brought it with them. I think it was Lachlan."

"I love it. Where are the guys anyway?" I asked.

"They said they had to go do something. So now it's just us here." She said.

"Ok, well I need to do my homework. It'll take me maybe an hour if you need me." I said. She nodded, and walked out of the room, closing the door.

Staying on the bed, I got my homework out. All I had was a math worksheet and a reading assignment for English. Both were easy, and before I knew it, I was done. Reaching over for the phone, I looked at it, trying to figure out how to get it to turn on.

After a few minutes, I had the phone set up except for the SIM card. This reminded me that I needed to ask about Raven and Cheryl possibly coming to a birthday party. I got onto my laptop, and emailed Preston about it. Pretty soon I got a reply back saying they could come, and that Lachlan wanted to know if I liked the phone. Quickly replying, I said that I loved the phone, and the asked where they were. After sending that email, I emailed Raven and Cheryl telling them they can come and that the party was Saturday.

When I went to bed, the Pack still weren't back yet.
