**Dream**
As I got to the clearing, I found everyone else there already. We made sure to go to sleep early so we could tell you Happy Birthday as soon as you arrived. I heard Vikk tell me. He turned around and told everyone that I was here. You probably should turn human. I don't think your fox ears need yelling in them. Following Vikk's advice, I turned human, and was immediately smothered in a huge bear hug.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! They all shouted. Mentally thanking Vikk for the warning, I said thank you, and found out that they had all hidden gifts in my room, but I had just found Lachlan's. Turning fox again, I went and somehow took a nap during the dream. All these surprises made me tired, especially since I didn't have them all yet.
When I woke up from my nap, I found a piece of paper in front of me. It had everyone in the Pack's numbers on it. I turned human, and stuck it in my pocket. Smelling something, I realized they they had a chocolate cake.
Just imagine that there's candles on it, we don't want to accidentally start a fire. Preston said. I walked over to the cake, and pretended to blow 15 candles out. Jerome started to cut it, and only got us seven pieces. When I bit into it, the cake was still warm. This cake tasted amazing.
Thank you. It finished cooking while you were asleep. I heard Vikk tell me.
Wait, y'all can cook? I thought, mentally laughing. So, how did y'all know what my favorite type of cake is chocolate? I asked, and I was met with awkward looks. Vikk, really?
How did you know it was me? He asked.
Because you're the only one here who can read minds. I answered. Anyways, no matter how you found out, thank you for the cake. I finish it, and I find that they already had a trash can. After everyone finished their cake, we all sat around and began to talk.
So, what all do y'all know about the people we may end up fighting against? I asked.
We know that they likely have powers too, and that their powers are likely to be better than ours. Mitch said.
Who are they? Are they all adults, or do they kids mixed in with them? I asked.
I think it's safe to assume that they probably have kids with powers working with them, but we have no ideas on their true identities. Rob said.
So, do I need to be on high alert for the kids at my high school? I asked.
Yes, that's why I gave you the phone. If you look around in your room, you should find a SIM card in there. Text us if you see anything weird. Lachlan said. I nodded, and on that note we woke up.
