All night I watched her.

Hunched in my desk chair, I stared at her body on my screen toss and turn in that sweater that barely went past her knees and left me hard for the first time in years. But y/n seemed disturbed that night, maybe even on edge and I feared that any minute she would get up and discover one of my cameras. Eventually, though, her energy subsided into sleep, her chest lifting gently and her blanket half thrown off so I could see her pretty legs scrunched up in fetal position.

She was so beautiful.

Unearthly.

I had ended up falling asleep in front of my computer just as the birds started chirping and when I awoke, I had a message from Joohyun.

[ sir, this guy was with y/n on the bus. should I follow him? ]

Chanyeol looked up from his phone. "What's the matter?"

"I'm so stupid," you mumbled, beating your head against the bus window.

"There you go again, making that face!" Chanyeol tsked. "Are you perhaps recalling that there's a calculus quiz today?"

You stuck your bottom lip out. "It's not like I could forget that. Where's Tae and Jinyoung though?"

To be honest, you were praying Jinyoung had caught a disease so you could get out of the group meeting today with Namjoon and--😵--JB.

"Jinyoung's coming after lunch and Tae probably slept in, why?" Chanyeol asked.

You sighed. "Nothing."

Tucking his phone away, he looked at you. "Y/n, you don't have to hide anything from me. If Hoseok is back in your life~"

You stiffened. "How did you know?"
