'Today is the day' you hear tom beam from behind you as you were just finishing straightening your hair.
'Me too, I can't believe I'm already going for my 12 weeks scan it's crazy' you smiled looking at him in the mirror and he walked up behind you.
He wrapped his arms around his neck and rested his chin on his arm.
'Are you scared to tell them' you asked tom as you haven't told his family you are pregnant yet but you told your family as you went to your mum first when you thought you were pregnant but you didn't want anyone else knowing until you had you 12 week scan.
'I'm excited I think they will be really happy' he smiled and kissed you cheek and then stood back up straight again
'I hope your mum will be around because I will need her help' you replied back as your family actually live away from you but you moved to London to be with tom.
'I think she will be the most excited y/n you have nothing to worry about darling' he said walking out of the room as he was already ready to go.
You turned off you straightener and then walked over to your bed to get some socks and shoes on. You walked over to your closet to get your jacket then you headed out to the kitchen.
'Ready' tom asked smiling at you and you could tell how excited he was just the way he was looking at you he was just so happy.
'Yeah' you said as you walked over to your door and walked out.
Tom locked the door behind you both then you got into the passenger side of toms car as he wanted to drive but mostly because you couldn't be bothered.
'I'm so excited' tom said as he started to drive to the hospital and luckily it was only about ten minutes away. As he drove we rested his hand on your thigh like he always did and you would always hold onto it.
'Me too, I just can't believe it like this is it' you said smiling and looking over to him and he also had the biggest smile on his face
'After trying for so many months I'm just happy it's finally happened' tom replied back giving your hand a little squeeze
'I know baby' you smiled back at him
'You get it- baby' you said pointing to your stomach and laughing at your own joke just because of how bad it was
'So funny' tom said and smiled as he rolled his eyes and continued driving to the hospital.
Finally entering the scan room you couldn't be happier. You sat down on the seat then it reclined down so you were laying flat on your back.
'Okay just pull your trousers and put this tissue above your trouser' she smiled then you followed her instructions
'Okay I'm going to but this jell on and it will a little cold, look at that screen up there and the picture should come up' she smiled then you looked over to tom as she started putting the jell on your lover stomach. Tom placed his hand over yours and you held it, you gave him a smile before you both gave your attention to the screen.
'There is your baby' you heard the nurse say and that made a thousand butterflies set off in your stomach but in a good way you were just so excited. You grip tightened on toms hand and he held tighter to. Tears started to form in your eye as you heard the nurse talk about how healthy you baby was. Tom turned back around to face you and you even seen his eyes a little teary too, that melted your heart as you know how much he wanted kids and for the fact you can bring a kid into this world for him was amazing
'That's our baby' tom said lifting your hands up and kissing them and giving you the biggest smile. You smiled back at him and gave out a little giggle due to how excited you were.
'How many copies of the scan would you like' the nurse asked as she removed the hand held thing she used
'Three please' you replied so you could keep on for you and Tom, his parents and your parents.
You wiped the jell off your stomach then sat back up and sorted yourself out.
'We have your 24 week scan her so if you just come back on this date we will be able to tell you the gender if you like' she smiled handing you the scan pictures and your appointment letter
'Thank you so much' you said after she talked about some more things. You and Tom walked out hand in hand with the biggest smiles you could ever have.
'Now time to tell your parents' you smiled as you both got into the car
'I can't wait' he smiled then started to drive in the direction to his parents house. As mothers say in coming up at the weekend you decided you were going to give Nikki the card with the scan picture in it and just say you and Tom are going away at the weekend so won't be here for it but we want to see her open it, just so she will open it then and there.
'Right you ready' tom said after he just closed the card and wrote 'mum' on the envelope
'I think so' you smiled then undid your seat belt. You got out of the car then you and Tom made it to the door. You both walked in and made your way to the living room were you seen Nikki and the twins sat on the couch watching something
'Hey you two, didn't know you were coming over today' she beamed as she paused what she was watching and then the twins also turned there attention to you both
'Yeah it's just because we wanted to drop your Mother's Day card off now as we are going away to y/n parents this weekend to see them' tom smiled as he took a seat and you followed behind him
'Oh last minute trip is it' Nikki smiled at you both then paddy and dom entered the room and as always paddy was excited to see Tom. You all then started to catch up and you could feel the butterflies build up in your stomach and you hated this.
'So mum here is your card, I have a little thing in there I think you will like so open it now' tom said as he handed her the card and this was it, luckily everyone was down here so it made it easier
'Thank you dead, you didn't need to get me a card or anything' she smiled as she took it off him
'Go on and I think the card is funny' Tom smiled as she started to rip the envelope.
Nikki slowly took the card out of the envelope then opened it and then she grabbed what was inside and the picture was in a little white envelope
'Ohhh what's this' she said as she started to pull it out and as she seen the top her hand instantly covered her mouth. As she lifted the rest out she dropped it onto her lap and raised both of her hand to her face and started to cry and that instantly started your crying
'What is it' the boys were saying as Nikki was basically there having a break down
'Look at the picture' tom said pointing at it
'Y/n she is pregnant' Nikki managed to get lit through her crys of happiness and you couldn't even keep control over yourself
'Oh my god I'm going to be a uncle' paddy said running towards you and giving you a hug
'Uncle paddy hey' you said as you hugged him back then wiped away some of your tears
'I can't believe it' Nikki said walking over to you giving you a hug
'Congrats guys' sam said as he gave you and Tom a hug and harry did the same
'A holland baby I don't know how you will deal with this one' dom laughed as he gave you a hug
'Well I deal with tom so I should be okay' you laughed as you pulled away from the hug and everyone sat back down again.
'So have you thought of any names yet' Nikki asked you and Tom
'I really like the name norvina may holland and for a boy I like Ethan and Noah but we will have to talk about it' you said back to Nikki (norvina may is a name I have always liked so I put it in and surprisingly it doesn't sound to bad with holland at the end)
'Wow norvina that's a lovely name' Nikki replied to you both
'But I'm sure we will think of many more' you said as you smiled at tom and grabbed his hand. You all kept carrying on the conversation about names and everything else and this was the happiest you could ever be and you are so happy you will be starting a family with the man you love the most

Ngl I'm feeling so tired and idk why so I'm going to go to sleep as it's nearly one in the morning I'm the U.K. So that's funnnn
