Sat on your bed looking out the window watching the rain hit the window harder and harder is making the voices in your head louder.
You pulled your knees to your chest and wrapped your arms around them and you nails slowly start to dig into your arms. The pain makes it go away but this time it's making it worse. The harder you dig in the louder the voices get.
'Stop' you said into your arms and tears we dropping out of your eyes each time you blinked.
'Noooo...STOP' you shouted as you got up off the bed and sat on the floor to lean up against it.
'Y/N STOP...MAKE IT STOP' you shouted as you fell down onto the floor and gripped your rug and struggled to breathe air in.
'Y/N' you heard a yell as your door swung open and slam against your wall making a loud sound as your roommate / best friend tom came rushing in.
'I..I...I can't' you said as you reached your hand out and waited for him to grab it and he reached down to pick you up to sit on his lap.
'Breathe' he said unto your hear as he tried to slow your breathing down but you couldn't.
'Noooo' you said dragging the o and starting to breath in heavily as you are both crying and trying to take in air.
You gripped onto toms arm and placed your forehead onto his shoulder as you tried to calm yourself down as his touch does that for you.
You hand slipped of his bare arm and hit the floor as you collapsed onto toms lap.
'Breathe darling' tom said as he placed his hand onto your chest and you grabbed it tight and tried to close your eyes and get your breathing going at a better speed.
You get out of it, you took in a sudden breath and you could finally breath properly. You then sat up next to tom but still crying due to what happened.
'Oh y/n I hate seeing you like this' he said As he placed his hand onto your cheek and a tear slipped down his face too and you never see tom cry, ever.
' I..I feel like I just.j..just can't do it' you said struggling to get your words out as you are still crying a lot.
'Do what y/n' he said rubbing your cheek and you moved your head to the side so you could capture his hand between your face and you shoulder as there is nothing better than toms touch, it just feels so warm and it calms you down.
'Everything tom, I don't feel good enough' you said as you grabbed his hand a pulled it down so you could mess with it between both of your hands.
'You may not feel like it but you are more than good enough for me' you said as you looked up and seen him smile ever so slightly and you looked straight into his brown eyes and it's like heaven. Hearing those words made your heart pump even fast and you feel a feeling rise in your stomach as you have liked tom for the longest time but didn't want to mention it because of all the other girls he meets and you feel like you don't compare to that at all.
'It's just so hard' you said as you started to cry more and tom pulled you into his chest and you sat on top of him and wrapped your arms around his waist, it's like you were fully wrapped around him.
You pulled away with your arms still around his neck and his arms around your waist and there was inches between you both. You pulled tom in so your foreheads were pressed together and you closed your eyes and listened to him breathing to calm yours down.
'Y/n I love you'
'You don't have to say that to make me feel better' you said as your foreheads were still pressed together.
'I'm saying it because I mean it' tom said and tom then closes the gap between you both and placed a soft kiss on your puffy lips.
'I love you too' you said as you pulled away from the kiss and you cuddled tom for a little longer.
'Let's get you to bed' tom said as he lifted you into you bed.
'Don't leave me' you said as you grabbed his arms after he placed the covers on you.
'Okay' he smiled and got into the bed with you and you turned around so that you could snuggle into his chest as he wrapped himself fully around you.
'I won't leave you ever' he said as he placed a kiss on your head.
'So you are here forever' you said as you looked up at him.
'Forever here and forever yours' he said as he wiped away the last tear on your face and gave you a little kiss. You then got back into your previous position and let toms heart beat send you to sleep and hoping that every thing he said was true but you should find out in the morning.
