You and peter were great together, all you needed was each other. And obviously Ned and Michelle. It was like you four against the world and ever since you and peter started going out nearly two years ago everything changed. Ned and Michelle felt like the third and fourth wheel but you and peter would try you best not to make them feel uncomfortable but realistically you wouldn't know what you would do without those three people in your life.
Today was just another day of school. Getting up, having a shower, drying and straightening you hair then putting your outfit on you picked last night then grabbing your bad and food then going. As you drive you would pick peter up from his house as he can't drive yet. Even though he has drove your car a couple of times, but nearly crashed so not good.
'Hey' you said as peter got into your car and put his bag in the back seats. He bucked in then gave you a quick kiss.
'How are you' he said as he was ready and you started driving
'Tired, just the usual. what about you?' You said looking over to him and he looked tired himself
'I'm also tired I didn't get home till about twelve last night' he said as he thrown himself back into the seat
'Peter what have I said you need to stop staying out so late' you said as you rolled your eyes even though he couldn't see you eyes you just did it
'I know but I loose track of time' he whined back to you like a little kid
'Well keep track of it then' you laughed back.
You parked up and as usual you and peter walked into school hand in hand. You used to get looks of people but they then just got used to it because people grow up sometimes.
'Hey guys' you said as you let go of peters hand as you reached Ned and Michelle and you opened you locker
'Hey' Ned replied and he didn't sound so right and Michelle also stayed quiet
'You guys okay' you said placing a book in you locker and as you said it they both looked at each other. You then scrunched you brows together
'What's happened now' you said dropping your hands to you side
'Don't worry if we fell you this' Michelle said stepping closer and you could tell by her voice it was something serious
'Okay' you said confused
'So what is it' peter chipped in
'Liz likes you dude' Michelle said and at that point you swear your legs could of gave in right there. You instantly turned around and looked back into your locker. You felt like you were in dead silence even though you were in a school corridor. You have no hope against liz, she is gorgeous.
'Y/n...y/n' you heard Michelle say as she was shaking you shoulder
'Yeah what' you said as you snapped out of it and all the sound came back
'You okay' she said back to you letting go of your shoulder
'Yeah I'm not bothered' you said as you closed your locker and grabbed your bag and walked off and made you way to the toilets.
You walked in and as soon as that door closed tears came out. You walked to the sinks and placed your hand either side to support you. You looked down and let the tears slip off your face and fall into the sink. You looked up into the mirror and look at yourself. You knew Liz was Prettier than you, I mean look at her. But she is horrible, she thinks it's all about her she is a bitch but the worst thing about her is she always gets her own way. You heard the door opened and whipped away your tears as someone was coming in and you thought it was Michelle but to no surprise it was liz.
You looked up at her then looked back down to the sink again
'How are you feeling' liz said as she walked to the sink next to you
'Great what about you' you replied sarcastically not even bothering looking at her
'I will be better soon' she replied and by the tone of her voice she sounded cocky
'Oh and what will make it better' you replied again Being sarcastic
'When I get what I want' she said and that made you shoot your head up
'You are not having my peter' you said looking her dead into the eye
'And I'm supposed to be threatened by you' she said looking you up and down
'Peter goes for something called class and kindness and well sorry for the reality check but you don't have it' you replied then gave her a quick smile
'Oh I know he will come back to me with the click of my fingers I mean come on he set eyes on me before you' she said then let out a chuckle and that made you rolled your eyes
'You had you chance, the best chance you will ever get and you blew it' you said as you started to raise your voice
'And I'm taking that chance now' she shouted back at you
'And you know I always get what I want' she said back lowering her tone. You were sick of it, you picked up you bag and started to walk away
'You are worthless y/n you are not competition to me I will get him back' she shouted as you walked out and made you way to your class. Luckily you just got out of the toilet as the bell rang. You made your way over to your first period making sure to keep your head down as you don't want anyone seeing you.
