Friday came and today was the day you were going out with peter. You were terrified, but so excited at the same time.
For the past week you two had been talking over the phone none stop and then just a smile in the corridor. But he would always come and see you in the morning as you got you books out of your locker.
People still looked but people just got used to it. And you finally made some new friends, but were the jocks. As you got to know them, they weren't to bad.
Many girls started trying be be friends with you due to the fact you were friends with the jocks but they didn't want to be friends with you before so not now.
It was weird you would admit, but you just kept true to yourself and went about your day like you usually would.
You and Lucy were making your way to school as you were talking about tonight.
'So do you know what you are doing' she asked you. 'No he just said he would pick me up at 7 and that's it' you said as she then smiled and clapped her hands. 'I'm so exited for you' she smiled and you smiled back.
'I'm nervous though, what if he is just doing it as a joke or something' you said and he face dropped. 'Y/n all the boys are saying he is going soft for you and never does for any girl. He never works this hard ever, if a girl says no the first time he leaves it but you said it many times and he still tried, he wants you so bad' she said and your heart fluttered at that comment.
'Yeah, I don't know I'm just scared after everything that happened with him' you said as you shrugged your shoulders as you were nearly at school. 'You should never judge someone on their last you know' she said as you were near ready to walk through the gates.
She was right, but you couldn't help it. You got to your locker so you could get your books.
'Hey' you heard peter say as he leant against the locker next to you. 'Hey' you replied as you got your last book so shut your locker.
'You existed for tonight' he said with a bright smile and it made your cheeks blush. 'Just wish you would tell me where we were going' you said as Lucy was then finished and she walked next to you with peter on the other side.
'If I told you it would ruin the surprise' he said and you rolled your eye. 'Well I do love surprises so it better be good' you winked and he smiled. 'Of course it will be, I will see you later' he said as he went into the classroom and you and Lucy kept walking to go to your room.

You were home and waiting for peter to come and pick you up. It was ten minutes before he would be here and well. You were shitting it.
He told you to dress in something normal. So you wore black jeans, a plain white t-shirt tucked in and a black denim jacket and finished it off with some white chunky trainers.
You had your normal face if makeup on and your hair straighten. You know what, you looked great.
You sprayed yourself with some perfume, grabbed your phone and purse and made you way down stairs.
'Mom I'm scared' you said as you went into the living room and sat on the couch. She laughed as you said that.
'Don't worry about it I'm sure you have nothing to worry about' she said pausing the tv so she could talk to you. 'But it's still scary' you said sitting back debating whether you should go or not.
'Don't' she said looking at you with a serious face and you lightly smiled. 'You are not getting yourself out of this you are going' she said pointing her finger. 'But I'm too scared I-' you were interrupted by a horn outside.
