Five years today marks the day that five years ago you found the man you now can't live without, no one could ever make you happier than he could despite all the ups and downs nothing could even defeat the love you both have for each other and it will never ever go away and you are sure of that and so is he.

You woke up and seen the sun fighting to get through the little open parts of the blind in yours and toms room, you feels toms arm lazily thrown over your waist and light snores come from his mouth and you can't help but smile. You looked over to the clock and see it was close to ten in the morning and you and tom both deserved a lie in as you are always both so busy more tom than you but you were still very busy with work. You tossed in the bed and felt tom tossing too so you knew he was waking up too
'Moring' you said As you turned around to face him
'Happy five years darling' he said as he pulled you closer to him and kissed your head
'I love you' you said to him
'I love you more' you said and snuggled into him. Within a few seconds tessa then jumped onto the bed and started to walk around all over it and you just start to giggle and she comes over and gets the kisses as always.
'Should I go and get the kettle on' you asked sitting up on your bed
'I would love one' he said smiling up at you and playing with tessa.

You walked out and made you way to the kitchen and filled the kettle up and boiled it and get everything together you needed to make a tea for you and tom. Once the kettle popped you grabbed it and poured it into your cup then toms and squeezed the tea bag and then took it out then added in milk but not too much in toms as he likes his strong. You grabbed onto the handles and took them both into your bedroom and passed one to tom
'Why thank you' he said as he sat up and took a small sip of the hot liquid
'Why it's okay' you giggled back and got back into bed and sat with your tea warming your hand.
'So what have you planned for today' you asked him
'Well it's a surprise but basically we are going out for a mean tonight at your favourite restaurant' he said drinking his tea
'Well haven't you just told me' you ask him as he has basically just told you
'Ummm well yeah but I didn't mean too' he giggled back
'You are so bad at keeping secrets holland' you laughed back at him
'But you love me' he turned and smiled at you
'Oh yeah I do' you rolled your eyes and looked away sarcastically. You both say there chatting away on the bed and then got your normal day started and you couldn't help not being excited for tonight as you know a lot more things would be happening other than a meal ;).

It's now 6:30 and you were leaving in a couple of minutes, you were in your bodycon red long sleeved dress and a pair of black heels and you know tom likes it when you wear tight dresses so you wouldn't wear anything different.
You were currently just putting on your red lipstick ready to go when tom walked in looking, well perfect.
'Wow you look..amazing love' he said walking over and putting his hands on your waist
'You look very good yourself' you said back and giving him a peck on the lips and he tries to hold it and you pulled back
'Steady holland' you said
'Y/n but why' he said pulling a sad face
'Because we are going out let's go' you said as you grabbed your clutch of the kitchen counter and you made you way out the door and down to toms car and drove down to the restaurant.

After a three course meal the night could not of went any better and you could not be with a better person, you both went back into toms car and he wanted to take you somewhere so you got in and just went with it.
'You should shut your eyes' he said as we started to slow down
'Okay' you replied and shut your eyes and tom stopped the car
'Where are we' you asked as he walked around and opened your car door and grabbed your hand and you followed him.
'Are you ready' he asked
'Yeah, but please tell me something bad isn't going to happen' you ask
'No do be silly right 3..2..1' he said then I opened my eyes.
It's the park where we first met over 10 years ago, the memories have came back about all the good times you and tom had back when you were younger and I'm sure you never thought you would be in a five year long relationship with him.
'Why did you bring me here, is something going to happen' you asked tom turning around facing him and you eyes did not meet his till you looked down and seen him on one knee, the tears started immediately as you knew what was going on
'Please don't tell me you are just tying you shoe lace' you said to him giggling
'Oh course I'm not now y/n the past five years have been the best five years of my life and I was the rest of my life to be just like it so y/n will you marry me' he says.
You heart sunk down to your stomach and the feeling of happiness is unexplainable and you just can't believe it.
'Yes tom oh my god yes' you say and jump into his arms.
'Tom I can't believe it' you say as he put the ring on your finger and once he did you hugged him again.
You both sat there for hours talking about everything and even the wedding but tom decides when to go home as we all know what he wants.
