Chapter 37 Birthday Girl

I woke up to Keanu's lips pressed on mine. "Good morning birthday girl" I grinned ear to ear. Good morning baby. I ran my hands down his back and abs.

"How does it feel to be 50?"

I moaned and said don't even remind me.

"Baby I don't think you realize how amazing your body looks to be 50. Honest to god you look more like 30 not 50"

I blushed as Keanu ran his hands through my hair and over my cheek.

I moaned and said guess I should get up and get ready.. Don't wanna lay around the house on my birthday. I tried to get up but Keanu took my hand and pulled me back on the bed on top of him.

"Hmm I think you can lay in bed for a bit longer" Keanu said smirking

I laughed and pulled the covers over us.

I slid my body under the covers as Keanu pulled his shirt off throwing it anywhere in the room.

His lips pressed against my lips forcefully and he trailed down my body and onto my hips.

I tried my hardest not to make a sound but I couldn't help it.

"MOMMA?"

I heard come from the hallway.

Keanu and I hurried and threw the covers off trying to get dressed as quick as possible.

"Uhh.. Just a minute baby"

As we were getting dressed Keanu looked up at me laughing. What's so funny? I asked.

"Ehh.. nothing." He said smirking.

Tell me. I insisted.

"Your just adorable.. That's all" he said pulling me in close.

Stop teasing me.. I said biting my lip.

"Come in baby" Keanu said.

In came running Louis trying to hold all his toys in one hand.

Keanu picked him up whispering in his ear.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOMMA" Louis shouted.

aww thank you baby. I kissed him on the forehead and went downstairs to start making breakfast. Come on baby. Come tell me what you want for breakfast. We gotta hurry you have to go to school.

Louis rushed downstairs picking out captain crunch, his favorite cereal. He brought it over to me and said "this one momma"

I poured him a glass of orange juice and put his cereal in a bowl.

"Here ya go baby"

Louis quickly ate and ran upstairs to get dressed.

I got Louis's lunch together and grabbed his backpack and sat it by the door.

"Almost ready?" I shouted to upstairs.

"Yes momma almost ready"

Louis came walking down the stairs with a huge grin on his face.

He had dressed himself so he clearly didn't match.

"Like my clothes momma" Louis asked innocently.

I giggled and told him to grab his batman book bag and lunch box and we headed off to school.

Keanu decided to drive Louis to school since he was off work. I decided to tag along since I had nothing to do at the house. I caught up on laundry and I just cleaned not that long ago.

We got to Louis's school and I hoped out of the car and opened the back door.

"Let's go baby. Time for school"

Louis hoped out of the car and I took his hand. I'll be back in a couple minutes I said to Keanu.

As I was walking up to the school paparazzi were of course everywhere as always.

Several asked

"Sandy. I heard you have cancer. Is that true?"

I kept my head down trying to ignore them. I walked Louis inside and and gave him a kiss goodbye. "Have fun. I love you. Be back in a couple hours"

"Wait momma don't leave"

I bent down to Louis's level. He wrapped his small delicate arms around my neck and twirled his fingers through my hair.

"What's cancer ?" Louis asked.

I stuttered a bit and quickly answered "it's a sickness baby, now go on. Go to class"

I waved goodbye and quickly rushed out of his school with tears streaming down my face.

I hoped in the car and took a deep breathe.

"What's wrong baby?" Keanu asked concerned.

They know Keanu... They know I'm sick. They questioned me on the way in and now Louis is curious. He asked me what cancer is. My voice cracked as I tried to hold in my tears.

"Just let it out baby. You can cry. It's okay."

Keanu put his hand on my leg and we drove home.

I decided to start my cancer treatment after this week. I wanted to start after my birthday so I could enjoy myself and just be normal with my friends. Officially 7 days till hell. I murmured.

I walked inside and asked Keanu to come up stairs and help me pick out a dress for tonight. We were having a small get together for my birthday... It was Keanu's idea.

I held up two dresses and asked him to pick which one.

The first one was tight fitting and hot pink and the second one was royal blue with lace detailing.

"I think I like the royal blue. That's my favorite color on you" Keanu said smiling. I leaned in and gave him a light kiss. Thanks baby. I said blushing.

It was about 2:30 by the time I cleaned up the house a bit and took a shower. Louis had to be picked up in 30 minutes from school. So I quickly threw my hair up into a messy bun and grabbed my keys and purse.

"Bye baby." I shouted upstairs to Keanu.

"No don't leave" he insisted "let me pick Louis up. I don't want to see any more tears come down your face today. Okay?"

I agreed. Only because I needed to get ready for the party. I laid my purse and keys back on the counter, kissed Keanu goodbye and went upstairs.

Once I was finished blow drying my hair I pulled out the straightener and plugged it in and did my make up while it was heating up. I put a little bit of eye shadow on, a smudge of eye liner and some mascara.

Once I was finished with my hair it was about 3:30. I was surprised Louis and Keanu weren't home yet. I went into my closet and pulled out my dress. I slipped it on my body and zipped it up. I slid on my heels and walked down the hallway and looked over the banister.

I gasped.

SURPRISE!!!! everyone shouted.

I was not expecting this. I thought we were having a small get together that started at 5:00. Not now? I walked down the stairs slowly trying not to fall in my heels. Keanu took my hand helping me down the stairs. He gave me a hug whispering in my ear "happy birthday baby. I love you. I planned this whole thing. Louis got picked up from school early, that's why I insisted going to pick him up and Chelsea and your sister helped me decorate while you were upstairs. I hope you like it." I smiled and gave him a kiss. Our one little kiss turned into a hard core wet kiss.

"Cough cough" Umm Sandy...there's kids here. Chelsea said laughing.

I pushed Keanu away taking his hand. I'm sorry. He's irresistible. I mean look at him. I said laughing.

I pulled Keanu back toward me once Chelsea left. "Thank you for this baby" I said softly.

"You're welcome. You deserve a night dedicated to you." I smiled ear to ear
