Simon.
The blonde sat atop the roof of his house, staring out into the great unknown.
A silent whistle ran through the wind, causing the Blondes head to spin. (Bit of a reach lmao)
"Where is my home? Where do I belong?" The blonde shouted into the sky, begging for the angels to fly
Down below and give him a wish, a one in which would be sealed by a kiss.
"Where do I ly? Where shall I stay? My family is no more, I am stuck here for days."
Simon cried out, holding his chest. The man thought back to all of his choices, all of the paths in which had lead him to where he was:
Sat atop a roof with no family left, and a big scar on his chest. (Referring yo a broken heart.)
"How do I rewrite my past? How do I start a new life, and fast." Simon riddled himself, watching as the street lights flicker.
"I have no money to my name, no way to make a gain."
He sighed and jumped off the roof, landing gracefully on the gravel below.
"Why has thy taken my family away, why has thy. . . Thy taken my lover too." Simon started to tear up, his body falling forward until he was kneeled on the ground, crying at the pebbles cutting through his pants and flesh.
"My lover no more, my family farewell... all I have left is all but myself." Simon whimpered, curling up into himself. His lonely body felt comfort from the warmth, though that was all taken away my a man's petty smirk.
"You wish for your family and lover back? You know that shan't be possible, you slack." The man gave a devilish goodbye, strutting into the sky.
"I know." He cried, holding his chest. When he suddenly had a thought.
Simply look for who is gone. But...
"How does thy look for whomst is no more?"
The blonde pondered for a moment.
A voice rang out above.
"In order to find happiness, you can not dwell on sadness. If you fear being alone, stand up and make yourself a home. Stand up and realize, thou cannot expect to find those whom are gone, but thou can expect to make thy life worth living for. This way, Thou cannot reep what has been sown."
Basically what this mess means is
Even if you feel as if all is gone, you can't stick to the past or grieve forever.
You can either spend your life rotting away trying to find something which is not there, or you can try and move on and create a better life for yourself.
The challenge in which my teacher gave me was to encorpurate one of my favourite quotes, Thou cannot reep what has been sown, and connect it to any personal issues in which I have been poorly dealing with.
I chose the lost of some of my family, whether it be my grandmother or the simpel loss of my brother and sister being forced to live with their biological mom, I handled my issues poorly.
I did things to try and get things to how they used to be rather than realizing that maybe this change will be for the better.
And yeah, I just wanted to share this with you guys. (I added Simon into this just to make it seem more appropriate in this oneshot book ahah.)
