IMAGINE SIMON IS SHORTER AND JIDE IS TALLER. SO LIKE JIDE IS 6' AND SIMON IS hecking 5'9. ALSO SIMON IS 17 AND JIDE IS 19. (no sex I promise. They are virgins.)"Simon?" The blonde turned his head slightly to the left, glancing over to the person whom spoke to him. His friends frowned in disaprovel once their eyes also landed on the tall dark skinned man but they kept quiet, silently watching the two.

The blonde broke out into a happy from and turned around completely to face his boyfriend. "Jide!" He beamed, running slightly before reaching the tall man. Simon shoved his face into Jides chest, his arms looping loosely over JJs shoulders. "Hey, Babe." The purple haired man smiled softly, leaning his head so his nose was pressed atop Simon's head, breathing in the blondes scent. "I misses you, baby." Jide grinned at Simon when their embrace broke apart. Simon smiled back, standing onto his tippy toes to press his lips against Jides. "I missed you too, JJ." The blonde mumbled, falling back to the flat of his feet.

"Do you want a drive home, Baby?"  Jide asked, nodding over to his car. The short male looked back at his friends and gave an apologetic smile before nodding at JJ. Jide smiled and turned around, bending his knees slightly into a crouching position. Simon grinned and jumped onto his back, waving goodbye to his friends as JJ began to walk off with him.

4 years later.

"Yo, Simon? Wanna come with me and Cal to a bar?" Simon peeked up from the book on his lap to look over at JJ. It's their 5 year anniversary, has he seriously forgotten? Simon frowned. "No. I think I'm just gonna stay home and catch up on some video ideas for sidemen Sundays." Simon said, standing up from the couch to make his way over to JJ.

"Are you sure, Babe?" "Yeah." "Okay. . ." Jide sighed and leaned in to give Simon a kiss, only for rhe blonde to turn his head, forcing Jides lips to land on his cheek. "Yeah. Bye, JJ." Simon took a step back before turning around and heading up the stairs two at a time.

Jide frowned but didn't push if further. If Simon was upset, he'd talk to JJ eventually. The purple haired man made his way out of the house to the car which Cal was sat in, tapping his slender fingers against the steering wheel to one of JJs songs.

Josh-

Simon sat down on my bed and I watched as he laid down on his back, releasing a tired sigh. "He forgot." Simon mumbled, his eyes slowly shifting until they landed on me. Tears were slowly welling up in his eyes but he refused to let them fall.

I frowned. "Maybe it slipped past him? He did just recently have that fight and his rapping career boomed because of it." Simon nodded in understanding. "Yeah...still sucks though." I nodded in understanding. I've never known what to say to them when there was an issue with the other. They're both my best friends so it feels weird taking sides.

"I imagine it does. Freya was devastated when I forgot about one of our anniversaries because of the chairty event." I supplied, standing up from my chair to sit beside Simon. "Sometimes I regret dating JJ through out these years of our life. He's young and wants to explore. I'm young and want to explore but it sucks when we're both constantly working. Together. Hell, I worked for him. That sucked. I wish it was different." Simon sighed and rubbed at his eyes, staring up at the ceiling now.

"But, I also love him so much that if we were to break up, or when he forgets important things, it'd crush me and it's hard to do anything but complain and be miserable." I frowned as I listened to the taller man speak.

"Maybe he didn't forget?" Thought out loud. Simon laughed.

2 hours later.
Third person.

"Yo, Simon? I'm back." JJ said as he walked into their shared bedroom, flowers and chipotle hidden behind his back.

Simon stood up off of the bed and walked towards the door, smiling at JJ. "I feel like shit. As I was at the bar my phone started to play and it was a reminder. Our anniversary. I can't believe I forgot. So to try and makeup for it..." Jide presented the flowers and chipotle to Simon, an apologetic on show.

Simon laughed quietly, taking the flowers and food. "Wanna eat this in the princess tent?" He joked, pointing towards the bright pink tent in the corner. "Of course, my queen. But I don't think buth of our asses could fit in there." Simon laughed, rolling his eyes as he hopped onto the bed, placing the bag down on the extra blanket by the foot of the bed.

They sat down and ate, talking and laughing even after the food was gone. "Wait! Jide! You're still wearing the xix necklace?" Simon beamed with a giggle, pointing towards the chain. "Yeah? It's fucking sick and it's even better because you got it." Jide grinned, as Simon groaned.

"That was so fucking cheesy. I thought we promised not to be like all the other cheesy couples, JJ." The purple haired man snorted, kissing Simons forehead. "Says the one who gives me a hand written letter about how much you love me every birthday." Simon blushed and huffed, crossing his arms.

"What's so wrong with telling you I love you every birthday." Simon huffed again. JJ smiled and pulled Simon into a hug, kissing him softly.
