"Will you take Coco out tonight?" grandma asked nodding I grabbed Coco's leash

"Coco, come here" I called he came running toward me with his tongue out and tail wagging. I smiled as I put the leash on him and headed out we walked down the block some before reaching a little cafe "hm" I said looking at it

"Cute dog," a boy said walking up to me, Coco growled at him making the boy take a step back

"Sorry, he doesn't like strangers," I said petting his head to calm him down

"It's ok dogs don't especially like me" he smiled making his cheeks become chubby a little and his eyes squint "were you going to go inside?" he asked

"Huh?" I responded

"It's just I saw you looking at the place and I thought you were going inside. If you weren't then can I buy you a cup of coffee or something from there?" He asked I was surprised by the offer

"Um well, maybe next time. I have to walk my dog tonight, I'll see you later I guess" I said walking off back the way I came leaving the boy behind 'that was odd' I thought while walking away Coco growled lowly "hey he was just trying to be nice" I said Coco just walked faster "slow down!" I yelled jogging to keep up with him soon we were back at the house.

"How was the walk?" Grandma asked sitting in her chair when we walked inside

"It's was good, I'm headed to bed. Goodnight" I said walking into the hallway

"Night" she replied back while I was getting ready for bed I couldn't stop thinking about that boy. It was odd that he just asked me if I wanted to do that, I mean if I was back with my parents yeah I would just to waste time outside the house but here it's just creepy. Deciding to forget the boy I climbed into bed and went to sleep.

The next morning when I got up grandma was already gone to some appointment she had. I got ready to turn in the packet with the money that was required to be paid it seemed like a great time to bring Coco along with me. When I went to the school I tied up Coco again and went inside remembering where the office was I headed straight for it. I knocked on the door and waited for a come in before I entered

"Ah you're back, I'm guessing you got all the papers signed" I nodded and handed them to him "excellent," he said laying them in his desk

"Oh, here's the money for all the fees needed," I told him handing him the money he took it smiling before getting out some uniforms for me

"Here you go," he said handing them to me

"Thank you" I thanked

"You'll start in two days is that fine with you?" He asked I nodded "great see you in then," he said waving at me as I walked out of his office. I headed back to Coco to see some teens surrounding him

"Aw he's so cute" some girl coo another person reached their arm closer to him

"I wouldn't do that" I called at making all of them turn toward me Coco looked at me then growled and barked at everyone else. Scared they all ran away "good boy" I said walking over to him and untying his leash "now, let's go get some stuff" I said walking him down the street toward a shop on the corner of the street.

"Now let's see I need a bag, some pencils, notebooks and paper" I listed out loud putting all of them in my basket that Coco was carrying "don't slobber on them," I told him

"Ma'am you can't have dogs in here," a worker said I froze up 'oh shit I forgot' I thought "oh sorry he's my service dog just forgot to put his vest on this morning" I lied hoping he would believe it

"Oh my bad sorry," he said walking away I smiled

"let's continue Coco" he grunted "it worked didn't it" I responded moving on to the next aisle.

"Will, that be all for you today?" The cashier asked I nodded "ok 53 yen" he said I took out the money and gave it to him

"keep the change," I said taking my bags and walking out the door "today was a good day," I told Coco as we walked home.
