While I was walking to school I bumped into someone "Oh I'm-" I walked away since it was Asahi
"That was rude you know" I jumped not know he was right next to me
"Jeez dude you trying to give me a heart attack?" I said holding my chest
"Sorry, look you obviously hate me for probably several reasons so let's start over," he said stopping me I look up at him I frowned
"What if I don't want to hm?" I asked sassily
"Well, then I'll start over. Hi I'm Asahi Rai, nice to meet you" he said holding his hand out I looked at it then at him
"Ugh Fine. I'm Railey Hughes" I said quickly shaking his hand before walking
"So Railey interesting name you got," he said I rolled my eyes
"Yeah I guess since I am originally from America," I said
"Really! That's so cool" he exclaimed I rolled my eyes again
"How are you popular?" I asked
"Because everyone loves me" He gloated
"I don't see how you're annoying as hell," I told him his face looked so offended
"Well I don't see how you have friends you're so mean. How could anyone want to be friends with you?" He asked
"Well I'm only mean to people I don't like so," I said
"Hey, I thought we agreed to start over!" He exclaimed
"Jeez you are annoying and dramatic," I said as we walked up to the gate "Don't tell anyone that you talk to me. I don't want rumors going around about me" I told him before quickly walking away from him
"Hey Railey" I saw Akari waving at me I jogged up to her
"Hey," I said
"Were you just talking to Asahi?" Riko asked
"What, no, I don't even know what he looks like" I lied
"Well that's him right there," Akari said pointing to him who was talking to his friends
"Huh, well I was talking to myself," I told them
"Good because if you talk to him you're bound to get girls hating you," Riko said I scoffed 'He better not tell his friends about me then' I thought as we headed to class. During home ec class we were making cakes and we had to get in pairs
"Hey, Railey do ya-"
"Hey, want to be partners?" I jumped at the sudden other voice before a gasp went through the classroom. Turning around I saw Asahi "So what were you asking me Akari?" I asked her as I sent a glare Asahi's way
"Um never mind," she said walking away to another table quickly I turned around to Asahi
"What the hell are you doing?" I hissed
"Um, finding a partner" he responded I groaned hitting my forehead
"Sure I guess since you scared my friend off," I said
"Oh sorry," he said
"Whatever let's just get started," I said looking at the directions. It wasn't long before Asahi started messing stuff up, he spilled flour everywhere, didn't crack the egg right getting shells in there, and then flicking cake batter at my face. I almost asked the teacher for a different partner because I bet any girl in here would love to take him as a partner but me. When class was over I let out a sigh as I waited on Akari outside "Hey Akari"
