The next morning I got up and got ready in a hurry before heading to school with Akari. We met up with Riko at school before we started walking to class
"Railey, what's up?" I heard Taichi say
"Oh hey. What are you doing?" I asked him
"Eh just felt like hanging out with you guys today," he said I nodded as we kept walking and talking to each other on the way to class. We split up as we came closer to our rooms, today I had home ec this morning so we walked over there
"Hey Railey, wait up!" Asahi said running to catch up with us
"Oh hey, you ready for home ec today?" I asked he shrugged
"I guess so are you coming to the game today?" He asked
"I'll tell my boss I'll be a little late today so that should be good," I told him as we entered the classroom we got ready for today. We were making several desserts today so we had to get in a group that was like three or four people. Our group was Akari, Asahi and me once we got our group ready we started on the food. When class was over we had most of the deserts done while we were walking to our next class Asahi came with us
"You can go to your class you don't have to come with us," I told Asahi
"After what happens recently I don't want anything to happen. That's why" he explained I nodded blushing at him being like this when we came to our room he squeezed my hand before leaving like yesterday again. I smiled as I walked inside sitting down at my desk as class started I listened to the teacher drone on about what seemed like nonsense eventually I decided to not listen to it letting my mind wander.
At lunch we sat at the same table we did yesterday with Kaito and Taichi sitting down with us
"So how is your guys day been?" Taichi asked
"Eh it's good except for the girls be annoying in class to me" Kaito responded leaning back against the table
"What about you guys?" He asked to Riko, Akaria and me
"Oh it's been good nothing has happened so far," I told him
"Yeah since Asahi after home ec walked with us to class" Akari added
"Really!" Kaito responded looking surprised Akari and I nodded Taichi and Kaito exchange a look to each other
"By the way where is Asahi?" Riko asked
"He said he had to talk to someone" Taichi answered
Asahi's POV:
I wanted on the roof for them to hurry up and come.
"Come on" I whispered sitting on the bench then the door opened with the group of girls walking through it 'Finally' I thought getting up and walking over to them
"So Asahi what did you want to talk to us about?" The leader of the group cooed smiling trying to be cute 'Disgusting' I thought I stepped closer to her. She froze up from the unexpected closeness "tell your friends and every other girl who wants to hurt Railey that if they do they will pay dearly for messing with her" I threatened with my voice lowered as I pulled back the girl's face was terrified "Do I make myself clear?" I asked she nodded. Smirking I started walking away before another girl asked
"You like her don't you?" I stopped
"More than anyone can imagine," I said before walking away.
