Logan X Reader: A New Beginning (One-Shot!)

Author's Note: The following fic takes place at the very ending of X-Men: Days of Future Past, I hope you enjoy the fic and please comment and fav if you like it.

Logan slowly opened his eyes, he found himself in a bedroom, he rolled around and looked at a hologram clock. He assumed he was somehow in the future? Logan got up and opened the door, he peeked down the hallway seeing students walking by, he suddenly saw Rogue and Bobby holding hands. Bobby waved and smiled as he walked away with Rogue.

Obviously Logan was back in Xavier's mansion, but how? Logan hoped that he had fixed everything; Logan walked downstairs, Storm smiled and said good afternoon to him. Logan gave a soft smile to her and kept walking; Logan saw Scott and Jean talking.

"Hello Logan" Jean gave him a warm smile, "You're wife is waiting for you in Professor Xavier's office" Jean explained as Scott watched Logan nod and walk by.

Logan walked into Professor Xavier's office, he saw you, his wife apparently, healthy and alive talking to Xavier.

"You know it's technically a benefit, me and my husband sharing a room, it gives you an extra room for a new student" You smiled at Professor Xavier.

Logan stood there in pure shock.

"I promise to think about it _________" Professor Xavier insisted, he looked at you then looked to Logan, "Why aren't you teaching?" He asked.

You turned around and gave Logan a loving smile.

"Teaching what exactly?" Logan managed to say.

"History..." Professor Xavier said putting his book down, his wheelchair hovered out from behind the desk.

"I might need a little help with that... My past might be a little more different..." Logan muttered softly, he didn't make eye contact with Xavier; all he could do was stare at you.

Professor Xavier put his into fingers to his temple and closed his eyes, after a few seconds, all he did was stare at Logan in amazement.

You looked at Logan and walked up to him and kissed his cheek, "What up husband?" You asked giggling a bit.

"You're alive!" Logan cupped your cheeks and kissed you intensely.

You looked at Logan surprised but smiled into the kiss.

Logan slowly pulled away and picked you up spinning you around, "How is this possible?!" Logan cupped your cheeks and kissed you again.

"What are you talking about?" You looked at Logan confused.

"The Sentinals killed you... I watched you die... But now you're alive... And healthy... Please tell you're healthy" Logan begged squishing your cheeks looking at you extremely worried.

"Of course I am healthy, why wouldn't I be healthy?" You had a difficult time saying this because your lips were smooshed together.

"You had tumors in your brain..." Logan looked down sadly, he lowered his arms sighing.

"I've never had cancer in my life Logan? What's gotten into you? Are you feeling okay?" You asked concerned.

"We have a lot to talk about Logan; I just cancelled your class for today" Professor Xavier said, "Please... Sit down, you two _________, I want you to hear this" Professor Xavier said. You walked over to the door and closed it sitting down with Logan, Logan tightly grasped your hand, he was still in utter shock.
