Heimdall X Reader: Unspeakable Connection (One-Shot!)

You entered through the portal and looked around in purse amazement, Thor pulled you toward the The Gatekeeper. You were just your average mortal that had become one of Thor's dear friends while he was on Earth, he pulled you toward a large, tall man with dark skin and golden eyes, you looked up at him in pure awe and gave him a gentle smile. "Welcome to Asgard" He said, "This is Heimdall, he is The Watcher of Worlds...", "He can hear and see everything..." You uttered, you couldn't help but stare at Heimdall, but Thor quickly pulled you backward, "Come, we must change you into something more suitable" He said, pulling you across the rainbow bridge and toward the golden kingdom. 

Later that very evening, you walked out from behind the curtain in a silk dress, adorned with golden stitchery, you watched as Thor's eyes lit up as he walked up to you and pulled your hair out of the ponytail that usually sat atop your head, "You look absolutely breathtaking with your hair down" He said, "Are you sure I look alright, I feel that it's...", you soon caught a glimpse of yourself in the mirror, "Too much..." You uttered. 

"You look beautiful, now come, I have invited Heimdall and my friends to have a grand feast" Thor said, pulling you out of the room and toward the dining hall. 

You stopped at the door and looked at Thor nervously as he pushed both doors open and exclaimed as he entered the grand hall, you took a deep breath and looked down at your hands, twitching nervously, never had you been amongst Asgardians. 

Heimdall walked up behind you, at first glance he thought you were just another maiden but once he saw your face, he was absolutely taken by your natural beauty, "Are you going to join us?" He asked, offering you his arm. 

You smiled slightly and wrapped your arm around his, walking into the dining hall with him. 

The Warriors three stopped and looked at you in awe, Sif looked at Thor then looked at you, before rolling her eyes, Thor smiled at you and poured wine into a chalice, he then walked over to you, handing you the glass of wine but Sif stopped him. 

"A mere mortal cannot withstand such a hard substance; shall I suggest water?" She asked. 

"I'm fine with wine" You said, "I'm only a friend, don't be so threatened by a stranger" You uttered, taking the glass from Thor before taking a sip. 

Everyone in the room awaited for your reaction, Volstagg cheered and raised his glass to the sky, you looked at Thor strangely and walked over to Heimdall, watching as he pulled out a chair for you; you couldn't help but blush as you sat down, you were about to take another sip when Thor stopped you, "I would take it slow with our liquor, it is much stronger than what you mortals drink" Thor whispered to you, before returning to his seat. 

After consuming many glasses of wine and eating more than you ever had, Thor carried you back to his room, Heimdall not far behind him. "Have you seen his eyes? They're amazing, like nothing I have ever seen before" You uttered, "Your friends are wonderful, quite the party crowd, do you get this drunk every night?" You mumbled as Thor carried you into his room and set you down on his bed, you stood and walked up to Heimdall and grinned widely, looking up at him.

"You're much taller than Thor, do you come from that land of the giants that Thor spoke of?" You asked, poking his chest plate, you looked up at him, staring deeply into his eyes. 

Heimdall looked down at you, he could sense something but wasn't quite sure, he watched as you put your hand to his cheek but jumped when you touched his skin; you quickly pulled away and walked over to Thor, about to pull him aside when Thor tossed you over his shoulder.
