Vision X Reader: A Wonderful Encounter (One-Shot!)

You stood in Bruce and Tony's lab, you stood in front of a large casket. You were tired and told to keep an eye on Ultron's experiment, you hummed quietly to yourself and spun around in a chair making weird sounds with your tongue.

You suddenly heard a loud noise, you stopped and saw a figure jump out of the casket, he looked around but then his gaze caught you.

You stood from your chair but stumbled backward, suddenly your eyes faded to purple.

He titled his head and floated down, his feet touched the floor as he slowly walked toward you.

"Who are you?" You asked putting your hand up, your hand burst into bright purple flames.

This red and grey figure put his hand to yours, the purple flames extinguished.

"You're afraid of me" He titled his head.

"I'm more shocked than afraid, who and what are you?" You put your hand up, a strong blast of air pushed him back a few feet.

"The Vision" He replied, "Your power is mind manipulation, you're also telekinetic, but no one knows of your powers, you're nothing but a scientist to everyone else" He stood his ground.

You quickly shooshed him, "If they find out, I'll skin you so I can find out what's really underneath" You growled slightly.

"You also have a hard time controlling your powers", Vision looked down at you, he was a lot taller than you.

Your eyes faded back to normal, "Sorry..." You mumbled taking a step back, you looked down shyly, you looked at the yellow gem in his forehead, you put on your glasses and looked closely at it.

He slowly took off your glasses, "You have perfect vision, you only wear those to make yourself look smarter" The Vision cracked a slight smile.

You looked at him then quickly looked down blushing.

"You're flattered for some reason" The Vision looked at you curiously.

"I am not... I'm not flattered..." You quickly walked away, "Now, why are you here? I don't understand, when Wanda looked into your mind, she saw inhalation, but I saw something different..." You muttered softly.

"How come The Scarlet Witch hasn't found out about your powers?" He asked.

"My mind and powers are a lot stronger that hers, though it does puzzle her when she can't read my mind, she thinks I'm a threat..." You rolled your eyes.

"But you are" The Vision said.

You turned around and looked at him shocked, you looked down sadly, "From what I've seen, you're a monster" You growled slightly as your eyes faded to purple again.

"Maybe I am a monster, but I am here to protect Earth and everyone on it, those who pose a threat, must be destroyed" The Vision said sternly.

"If you think I'm such a threat than why haven't you killed me yet?" You asked, both your hands burst into purple flames, "I could kill everyone on the entire planet with one thought!" You threatened walking up to him.

The Vision cupped both your cheeks and leaned down kissing you.

You gasped looking at him shocked but slowly leaned into the kiss.

Tony and Bruce walked into the lab and saw you kissing this figure, "Oh.... My.... God...." Bruce stared at you then looked at Tony, Tony just laughed loudly.

You quickly pulled away, your eyes faded back to normal, pretending nothing had happened.

The Black Widow, Hawkeye, Captain America, and The Mighty Thor ran into the lab, Thor tightly grasped his hammer; he jumped into the air about to strike this unknown figure.

You put your hand up, a purple fireball shot out of your hand and hit Thor in the chest knocking him backward.

The Twins walked into the lab, Wanda quickly clung to her brother looking around horrified, she clenched her fist tightly, Natasha's gun floated out of her holster, she then pulled the trigger.

Everyone looked around hearing a gun shot.

The Vision immediately turned his attention to you.

You held your side before stumbling backward; you gasped grabbing onto the chair but ended up falling to the floor.

The Vision gently scooped you up, he floated across the lab and carried you into the living room, he carefully lay you down.

Pietro stared at his sister shocked, "I can't believe you shot her" He growled at her slightly before pulling away from her, "She is our friend, he is clearly not an enemy either" Pietro said sternly.

"Tony, this is amazing, look at this" Bruce smiled at Tony then looked at The Vision.

The Vision looked at you curiously, he noticed that you were just lying there quietly; he expected that like a regular human that you would be screaming and moaning in pain.

He then noticed that your eyes had faded to red, he looked at Wanda.

"I made a mistake, I didn't want her to go through the pain, she's in a dream right now" Wanda muttered softly.

The Vision put his hand to your wound healing it, he scooped you up and carried you toward your bedroom, he seemed very protective over you, your eyes slowly faded back to normal. You looked up and saw The Vision wondering what was going on.

"You must rest" He said sternly carrying you into your bedroom, he gently lay you down, "I'm fine..." You mumbled standing up. He quickly caught you, "Rest" He said sternly, you blushed looking deeply into his eyes, you wrapped your arms around his neck kissing him deeply. He was shocked but leaned in kissing you passionately.
