Neverland

You awoke finding yourself lying on a bed covered in expensive furs, you slowly sat up and found yourself in what looked like a study on a ship. You looked down realizing you were in a black sleeping gown. You saw a dagger sitting on the desk feet away from you; you quickly got up and walked over to the desk about to grab the dagger.

Suddenly, a tall man walked into the room. He had dark green eyes and a long black beard, his long black hair was pulled back into a ponytail. "Welcome to Neverland" He said slowly walking toward you.

You slowly backed away, "What is Neverland?" You asked.

"A magical land far away from your home land" He replied.

You ran up to the desk and grabbed the dagger holding it tightly.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you" He said sternly taking out a long sword.

You still held onto the dagger, "Who are you?" You asked finding it a bit hard to swallow; you wondered why the man standing feet away from you was dressed in a purple coat.

"I'm the great pirate Blackbeard" He muttered softly slowly walking toward you.

"Stay back!" You snapped holding the dagger out.

"I'm not going to hurt you" Blackbeard said sternly.

"I just met you; you really think I'm going to trust your word?" You watched Blackbeard put his sword down on the desk in front of you.

You looked at him shocked, "W-Why... Why did y-you bring m-me h-here?" You stammered, you were completely horrified.

Blackbeard slowly walked up to you and took the dagger from you.

You gasped and quickly backed away but he grabbed your arm.

"I'm not going to hurt you" He said sternly.

"Neverland isn't real! It's nothing but a fantasy story that my grandmother read to me when I was a child... You don't exist! Princess Tiger Lily doesn't exist and neither does Peter Pan!" You screamed.

"If Neverland wasn't real would you be standing here?" He asked.

"You're not real! I must be dreaming..." You pinched your arm but nothing happened, "Usually that works..." You looked up at Blackbeard scared.

"This is very real __________" Blackbeard chuckled.

"H-How d-do you know my name?" You asked.

"I know everything about you" He smirked, "We have some business to attend to" Blackbeard said sternly.

You backed away from him and fell back onto the bed.

He gripped the back of his desk chair, "You will stay with me here on my ship... Or... I will kill you" Blackbeard said sternly.

"What use do you have of me?" You asked, "Am I to be your personal whore? Perhaps a servant? A maid?" You asked.

"Prove you are worthy and I might let you live, now get dressed, there are some clothes on the bed for you" Blackbeard said walking out of his study closing the doors behind him.

You looked at the clothes on the bed, you picked up the black Victorian dress and put it on, you walked out of the study and watched some crew members look at you up and down.

"Hey pretty lady" A man smirked sniffing your hair.

You quickly backed away.

"Step away... You do her any harm and I will through you overboard" Blackbeard chuckled.

You looked over edge of the boat, you gasped seeing nothing but the white clouds below, "It's breathtaking..." You whispered to yourself.

Blackbeard ship's wheel deck and walked downstairs onto the main deck and toward you.

"A ship flying in the air... Who ever thought" You muttered softly smiling softly. 

"Beautiful isn't it?" He asked. "Oh yes... Very nice..." You muttered softly.

A few weeks had passed

Blackbeard was the sweetest man you ever met, he was very polite and sweet toward you but very strict when talking to his crew. You had gotten to know him pretty well. You were standing at the ship's wheel deck looking at the clouds below.

Some of Blackbeard's crew members approached you.

"So... Tell me... What exactly to pirates do?" You asked smiling softly.

"We kill people! Capture children, kill them or sell them for gold..." A crew member grinned.

"Captain Blackbeard has killed many woman, tortured them, let them starve, he loves to kill his children too" Another crew member grinned.

You looked at Blackbeard shocked; before running back into the study and closing the doors.

Blackbeard rushed into his study.

You walked up to Blackbeard and slapped him, "You cruel man! How could you do that to children?! Innocent children!" You cried.

"If you want to leave I will take you home" He muttered softly.

"I know you... You wouldn't give up so easily..." You looked at him curiously.

"If you want to go home I will take you back..." Blackbeard replied.

"I do not want to go home, I just want you to explain all of this" You said sternly looking deeply into his eyes, "Tell me" You begged.

Blackbeard was silent.

"Don't make me force it out of you" You took out Blackbeard's own sword and put the tip of his sword to his neck, "Tell me..." You said.

"Never..." He chuckled.

"Blackbeard" You growled and pinned him against the wall, "Tell me at once you filthy pirate" You smirked.

Blackbeard didn't say a word; all he did was push the tip of your sword away.

"Tell me... Please..." You begged.

Blackbeard took his sword from you and put it back into his holster.

You grabbed Blackbeard and pressed your lips against his, "That is why I will not leave..." You said sternly, "Because I love you Captain Blackbeard" You muttered softly blushing.

"How could you love someone like me?" Blackbeard asked.

You looked at him shocked, "Why would you ask such a question? Why must you question my love for you, I love you, must I prove it?" You asked.

"It's a simple question __________" Blackbeard said sternly.

"You have treated me with such kindness, such love, It was wrong of me for shouting at you like that... I just... I love you so much and I completely understand if you do not love me back..." You muttered softly.

Blackbeard walked up to you and gently wiped some tears that managed to stream down your cheeks.

"I'm so foolish..." You mumbled.

"You are not foolish" He whispered to you kissing your forehead.

"I am... I know you could never fall in love... Your reputation would be destroyed... I will not let that happen to you... I could not bear to see your crew laugh at you and tease you for falling in love with a girl who used to be a maid for the queen of England..." You muttered softly.

"Then our love for each other will be kept a secret..." Blackbeard whispered to you gently lifting your chin leaning down kissing you passionately.

You blushed and smiled brightly as Blackbeard kissed your hand then walked out of the study and began yelling at his crew like he always did. You stood there for a few moments, before you didn't believe in Neverland. But now, everything had changed, "I Believe" You smiled softly.
