You walked out of the portal to see Heimdall remove his sword from the pedestal, you panted heavily and turned to see a tall man, with crystal blue eyes and blonde hair that fell to his shoulders, he looked up at you and smiled, by the gods were you beautiful. You bowed slightly and smiled and turned and looked at Heimdall, "It is done" You said, before walking out of the Bifrost, you looked back to take one more glance at Thor. 

"Who is this fair maiden?" Thor asked, looking at Heimdall. 

"She is the one who slayed the giant, I believe your father had a bounty for it" He replied. 

You put your sword back into your sheathe and began walking back toward the kingdom, you walked into the main hall and looked around, you made your way into the grand hall to find Odin sitting on his golden throne; you walked up to him and bowed, "It is done my liege" You stated. 

With a wave of Odin's hand, a guard tossed you a pouch full of gold. 

"Is there anything else you require your highness?" You asked. 

"Don't leave too quickly, I might have more work for you" Odin stated. 

You bowed once more before leaving, you ended up bumping into the man that you had seen at the Bifrost causing you to drop your pouch, both eyes your met, he picked up the pouch and handed it to you; you smiled at him before walking away, you took a deep breath and shook your head, you could feel your cheeks getting flushed. 

You walked out of the castle and toward the nearest tavern, you sat in the farthest corner away from everyone else and removed your sword and placed it down on the table, you removed your cloak and sat down. 

You were about to lean back and relax when you saw Thor approach you, he looked down at your sword and unsheathed it. 

"That's quite a blade you have there" He said, "My father says you slayed the giant" He said. 

"You're the son of Odin?" You asked, "You're Thor Odinson?" You asked. 

He nodded and smiled at you, "May I join you?" Thor asked. 

You watched as he sat down across from you, within moments a waitress rushed over. 

"Is there anything you would like your highness?" She asked. 

"I will have a barrel of your finest ale" You said, dropping the gold pouch in front of her. 

"You seem shocked when I told you who I was" Thor said, watching the waitress walk off. 

"I just thought you'd be taller, perhaps a bit more muscular" You uttered, you opened the velvet pouch and began counting the gold coins, you set down a stack of coins at the edge of the table before putting the pouch into your pocket. 

"Taller?" Thor asked, raising a brow at you. 

"I'd just thought you'd be bigger" You mumbled, watching a waitress bring over two large jugs of ale, she set one down in front of Thor and then set one down in front of you. 

"Is there anything else you would like?" The waitress asked, glaring angrily at you. 

"Just keep the ale coming, thank you" You uttered, watching her scoff and walk off, "What was that about?" You asked. 

"Women can get very jealous when I'm with other maidens" Thor said, picking up his jug, he watched in amazement as you chugged it within seconds.
