Eleven X Reader: To the Rescue (One-Shot!)

Newport, Wales

You were roaming around your flat talking on your cellphone, you happened to be on the phone with The Doctor and was also getting ready to go to your boyfriend's house for the weekend. The Doctor had been bothering you a lot lately and you had no idea why, he always seemed worried about you.

"I will be just fine, I'm going to my boyfriend's place for the weekend, I'm quite excited, he wants to have a movie night and we might even pick up some fish and chips from my favourite little place around the corner on West Street" You smiled softly.

"Is your boyfriend abusive?" The Doctor abruptly asked.

"I have to go, the bus is here..." You quickly hung up the phone and put it in your purse and ran out the door, you stopped hearing the phone ring. You carried on and locked the door and ran to the bus stop catching the bus in time, you panted a bit and sat down looking at the passengers around you.

Meanwhile

The Doctor was getting rather worried about you; he realized once you had hung up that what he thought was true. Before he had seen bruises on your shoulder and even at one point you had a black eye. 

But you were his companion and he would not let this man get away with hurting the one he cared about.

The Doctor walked out the Tardis seeing a tall man sitting on the couch looking behind him at the blue box absolutely dumbfounded, "Are you (Y/N)'s boyfriend?" The Doctor asked.

"What's it to ya plonker?" He asked.

The Doctor walked up to him, "Are you?" He asked taking out his sonic screwdriver pointing it at him.

"Yeah, so what? Who the bloody hell are you? Her dad?" He asked.

"I'm The Doctor!" He said bravely, "Now, listen here, pal... Are you abusing (Y/N)?" The Doctor asked letting a slight growl leave his mouth.

"Are you accusing me of beaten up me girlfriend?!" He asked.

"She came home with a black eye last month! She had bruises on her wrists last week!" The Doctor shouted.

He remained silent and stood up holding his hands up to defend himself.

"Are you a cop or something?" He asked.

"I'm a Time Lord, I'm from the planet Gallifrey in the constellation of Kasterborous, I'm 1,196 years old and I'm going to kick your arse!" The Doctor shouted.

He looked at The Doctor and laughed, "Well you certainly are a loony, now get back into your bloody blue box and disappear, my girlfriend will be here shortly" He shoved him.

"How could you beat up your own girlfriend?" The Doctor asked.

"So what if I'm abusive, she's useless, I'm only using her" He rolled his eyes.

"You never put your hands on a woman especially someone amazing as her" The Doctor said sternly.

You walked into your boyfriends apartment and saw The Doctor standing next to your boyfriend, you sighed seeing empty beer bottles all over the coffee table. 

"Ello baby" Your boyfriend walked up to you and grinned about to kiss you but you pushed him away, "You've been drinking again haven't you?" You asked.

"So what if I have" He growled as shoved you against the wall.

You tried to push him off of you but he was too strong.

The Doctor grabbed your boyfriend and pushed him into the bedroom, shut the door, pulled out his sonic screwdriver and pointed it at the knob of the door.

You looked at The Doctor and remained silent.

He grabbed your hand and pulled you into the Tardis, he closed the doors and walked up to the control panel pressing a few buttons and pulling a lever.

You sighed sadly and sat down on the stairs not saying a word.

The Doctor turned his head and saw you sitting down on the stairs, he took off his coat and walked up to you and wrapped it around you, "I won't ever let him hurt you again" The Doctor wrapped an arm around you.

"He doesn't mean it, when he drinks he gets so angry..." You gently rested your head on The Doctor's shoulder.

The Doctor blushed slightly, "It's not your fault, don't worry, things will be alright from now on, I promise" The Doctor grinned and stood up, "Now! Where to?" He asked smiling widely.

You looked at The Doctor and slowly stood.

"Anywhere, any place, anytime, anywhere in the universe, just tell me and I'll take you" The Doctor said.

"All I want to be is with you" You muttered softly.

The Doctor looked at you shocked and smiled, "A surprise it is" The Doctor chuckled and pulled a lever, the Tardis made a loud thumping noise before stopping.

You smiled softly and looked at him curiously, "You truly are a crazy man with a blue box" You smiled and opened the door, you gasped absolutely amazed.

"An air pocket surrounds the Tardis so your save, just don't go drifting off in space" The Doctor chuckled and walked up behind you.

You looked at the beautiful galaxies and stars all around you, "It's so beautiful" You looked at The Doctor and hugged him tightly.

The Doctor gasped and awkwardly looked down at you, he slowly hugged back smiling softly.

"Thank you for saving me and taking me here, I don't know what I'd do without you..." You whispered to The Doctor, The Doctor kissed your head; "I'm glad I found such a wonderful and adventurous Companion" The Doctor smiled as you both sat down and just looked at the stars together.
