Connor threw Troye in the back of his car and put the back doors on child lock so that he couldn't get out. The older man had a small smile on his face as he got in the drivers seat and looked in the rear view mirror.

"I'm not going to hurt you Troye." He says.

Troye met Connor's clear eyes with his teary ones. "You-you hur-hurt Ro-Rose."

Connor laughs lightly before turning onto a street. "Jacob and Amethyst will find her soon enough."

Troye pulled on the door and tried to pull it open despite the fact that he knew it wasn't going open. He'd kick and punch and kick at the back of the seats before screaming and falling across the seat.

"They're going to hurt you Connor," Troye said trying to get his voice under control. "You're going to go to jail."

Connor parked in his driveway and reached out to try and caress Troye's face. The neko quickly pulled away. Connor "pouted" slightly before smiling.

"Troye, if you want me to be mean I can be," Connor said.

Troye didn't say anything he just glared at the other man, his ears flat against his head. Connor laughed before getting out of the car and walking over to Troye's door. The second he opened the door Troye tried to make a run for it. 

Connor was quick to cut Troye off and grabbed his tightly by the back of his neck.

"I told you that I could be mean if I want to be Tok," Connor said pulling him into the house. "Guess I have to be mean for you to listen."

"Where the hell could he even be?" Jacob said pacing back and fourth.

Amy was attempting to calm Rose down who was crying in her arms. She finally woke up, she didn't have a concussion which was great but she did have a serious headache.

"He never talked about where Connor lived?" Amy said rocking Rose back and fourth.

"I'd never bring anything up about stuff like that he'd get real sensitive."

Rose sniffs. "I tri-tried to stop him but Connor grabbed me and-and-."

"No one is blaming you darling," Amy said.

Jacob stopped pacing and kneeled in front of the neko. "You know I'm not mad at you."

"But-but I'm mad at me," Rose says. "Maybe if I told Tro he-he wouldn't-."

Amy runs her hand through he girlfriend's hair. "Baby why don't you take Oscie and go upstairs and lay down. I don't want you to overwork yourself."

Rose hops down from Amy's lap and walks over to Jacob. She doesn't say anything but hug him very tightly before waddling upstairs with Oscar dangling from her hand.

The two humans watch as Rose heads upstairs. Once she's out of eye sight and hearing range Amy turns to Jacob

"I don't want to seem like I'm ditching you in a time of need," Amy says turning to Jacob. "But having Rose around this isn't good for her."

Jacob nodded his head. "Yeah I get it, you're at least gonna stay for awhile right?"

Amy scoffed. "Of course I am," She said walking over to Jacob. "And after that I'm only a phone call away if you really need me."

The taller man smiled. "Thanks," He then let's good head fall in his hands. "Now what do I do?"

"You could start with the police," Amy says. "I know you don't like the police but they're better at finding people than us."

He sighs. "Connor isn't stable right now, it's not that I don't like them it's just that with the way Connor's been acting I don't want the police to set him over the edge."

"You think he'd hurt him?"

"I don't know and that's what's so fucking frustrating," Jacob yells. "I don't know anything. I don't know where he is, if he's hurt. I don't know."

Amy put a hand on Jacob's shoulder. "Well you aren't alone. You've got me, Josh... Tyler. We're going to help you through this."

Jacob smiled. "Thanks."

"And if you don't want the police involved then fine but I'm going to tell you right now if this starts to become life threatening I won't hesitate to call, no matter what you say, alright."

Jacob nods. "Alright."
