Annabelle's POV

.

"Spencer, p-please stop." I said as he dragged me across the floor.

"You've been so upset! I'm sick and tired of it!"

"I promise I'll be h-happier." I said through tears.

"You promised me that last time! I'm tired of this Annabelle!"

"You're tired of this? C'mon Spencer, you beat me everyday and you're tired?" I said standing up.

"Watch your mouth! Do you remember what happened last time you tried to back talk me?" I remembered it liked it was yesterday. He beat me until I could barely walk.

"Why don't you just kill me Spencer? Huh? I'm clearly worth nothing to you!"

"Hey! Don't talk to me like that!" He said, slapping me.

"I love you, Annabelle! Why can't you see that?"

"Oh, I don't know! Maybe because you abuse me every day of the week!"

"That's it! I'm sick and tired of us fighting!" He began the beatings by wrestling me to the ground. He began slapping, kicking, and punching me. I reached my hand up and punched him in the nose. Blood was flying every where, but I didn't care. I pushed him off of me and stood up, my hands clenched into fists.

"You should go, Annabelle." He said while wiping the blood from his face. I quickly went to the door and opened it. I couldn't drive yet so I walked home. I had a learners permit, but since the school was walking distance and since I didn't have a job there was no need for me to get my license. As I walked passed Liam's house I saw lights on.

"Must've sold it." I said to myself. I didn't want to be creepy, but all I could do was stare at the house. I would've given anything in that moment to see Liam. I wanted him to hold me, to wrap me up in his arms and never let me go. I sat down on the lawn of his old house and began to cry. I laid down in the grass and let myself cry and bleed. I cried for everything that had happened the past few months. I cried because I hated Spencer, but most importantly I cried because all I wanted was Liam. I closed my eyes for a second and heard a door open. When I opened my eyes my vision was blurred from my tears.

"Annabelle?" I heard in a familiar voice. My vision began to clear.

"L-Liam?" I could barely get his name out. I didn't believe my eyes.

"I'm dreaming aren't I? I'm probably passed out on Spencer's floor. I'll wake up anytime now." I said closing my eyes again. I suddenly felt someone lift me up in big, strong, muscular arms and then everything went black.
