Annabelle's POV

.

Liam was different. He was different from most guys I had met... Including Spencer, but I loved Spencer and barely knew Liam. If Spencer knew that Liam was walking me home everyday he would've killed me. Literally.

.

"What's your biggest dream in life?"

"My biggest dream?" I say, repeating Liam.

"Yeah."

"Well... I'm not really sure. What's yours?"

"My biggest dream is finding true love." His answer surprised me.

"Have you ever been in love before?"

"No... I've barely had any girlfriends actually." He said quietly while looking off into the distance.

"You? The incredible sexy Liam Payne hasn't had many girlfriends?"

"You think I'm sexy?" He said with a smirk. I began to blush.

"I didn't mean-"

"I'm kidding." He said while giving me a playful shove. All of a sudden I heard a loud car horn behind me. We both turned around to see Spencer in his car. My face became paler then a ghost. Spencer turned the car off and got out. I could tell he was more then frustrated.

"Spencer, hi I just-"

"What's going on here?"

"I was walking her home." Liam cut in.

"And how long has this been going on?"

"Since-"

"Just today." Liam cut in again.

"Sorry it won't happen again. I'll see you later Annabelle." I didn't want Liam to leave me alone with Spencer.

"I'll drive you home the rest of the way." Spencer said bitterly. I reluctantly got into his car. Spencer watched Liam walk away and turn the corner. With tears filling in my eyes I said,

"Spencer... I-" he didn't let me finish before he punched me in the nose. Usually he didn't hit me in the face. He then punched me in the stomach and pushed me into the car door. He started the car and roared away from the curb. After a long ride in silence I finally had the courage to speak.

"Spencer?"

"WHAT!"

"You promised you wouldn't hit me in the face anymore. What am I going to tell my parents?" I asked quietly. He responded with pulling my glasses off slowly and punching me in the eye.

"You tell people that you're a clutz and you fell down the stairs!" He said while breaking my glasses.

"That wasn't necessary!" He lifts up his fist and I turned my face away as he punched me again in the stomach.

"GET OUT OF MY CAR!" He screamed into my ear when he pulled up to my house.
