Annabelle's POV

.

My eyes shot open to see myself in a dark room. I was sitting on a concrete floor, it was freezing. Suddenly a spotlight flicked onto a person across the room. That person was Liam.

"Liam!" I screamed. He stood there, staring off into space. I got up and began running to him. My momentum was stopped by some sort of plastic or glass wall. I pressed my hands against it and began pounding on it. A figure emerged from the darkness on the left side of the room.

"Spencer." I whispered to myself.

"Liam! Run!" I yelled. He still stood there motionless. Spencer suddenly raised a gun.

"I thought this was over!" I screamed out loud.

"It'll never be over, Annabelle." Spencer said before looking at me and giving me a smirk. He turned his attention back to Liam.

"It's never over." He whispered before firing at Liam. It hit him square in the chest. He quickly collapsed to the ground. My last image was of Liam's motionless body... And then I started screaming.

Liam's POV

.

"Annabelle!" I yelled over her screaming. We were in the hospital.

"You're not dead." She said, grabbing my face a bit to hard to make sure I wasn't dead.

"Oh course I'm not dead."

"But Spencer shot you..."

"What?" I asked confused.

"W-where's Spencer?"

"Annabelle, he's-"

"He's here isn't he!" She began breathing heavily.

"No. Annabelle it's okay."

"He's gonna kill you! You have to leave!" She yelled at me.

"Annabelle, calm down. It's alright." She did the opposite of calming down, she began panicking more. Her heart monitor suddenly began to beep higher and faster.

"I can't lose you!" She was crying, yelling, and still breathing heavily. I clicked the nurses button several times for help.

"Annabelle calm down. It's okay. I'm right here, no one is going to kill me. I'm going to go get a nur-"

"No! Stay here! He'll shoot you!" She said as I stood up. She grabbed my arm with an iron like grip.

"You need help, Annabelle. I promise I'll be back."

"No! No! No! I can't lose you!" She was scaring me. Why did she think Spencer had shot me/ was going to shoot me? Finally a nurse arrived in the room.

"What's happening to her?" I asked quickly.

"More then likely a panic of attack." The nurse answered.

"We're going to have to sedate her. This seems to be a more extreme one."

"No! He'll kill Liam if I'm not here!" She was throwing a fit and I didn't know how to make it stop. Another nurse and doctor came into the room.

"Annabelle, you're going to feel much better after this, okay? You're just going to feel a small prick." The doctor said.

"No! No!" The nurses tried holding her down as the doctor tried to put the needle in.

"I can't get it in. She's squirming to much. Is there anything you can do? Do you know something that might calm her down?" I walked over to her and sat down beside her.

"Hey, Annabelle." I whispered to her. She looked over at me with ferocious eyes.

"I love you." I said before kissing her. I felt her jerk beneath me as they stuck the needle in.
