Chapter 4: Everything

Rye's P.O.V

I'm still happy from yesterday, I loved having Andy around. But now it's Monday again, school again. Having to put on this stupid act again, in sick of it I wish I didn't do this but there's no going back after all this time now.

I meet up with my "mates" Jamie, Lewis and Harry. We're surrounded by people, people way to eager to be friends with me, or more like be friends with my popularity.

I lean against the lockers not even trying to listen to what any one around me is saying. I look around for help, I need help, help to get me out of this deep hole I've dug myself into. I'm not okay.

"Hey Rye," Andy smiles as he walks past,
"Wait you know him?" Lewis asks me smirking looking between me and Andy who has now froze looking at me.
"Uh no..." I stutter, instantly regretting what I said.
"Good," Lewis smirks turning back to the group.

I watch as Andy turns away from me, the look of upset and anger in his eyes that are filling with tears. He rushes down the corridor, I want to follow him, tell him I'm sorry but that will only make things even worse for me.

The day drags so much, my brain still bubbling with things I wish I said to Andy what I want to say to him now. I hurt him. I hate myself. I don't even know why I care, I shouldn't care so much.

I walk home on my own telling Lewis, Jamie and Harry that I had a detention. I walk home listen to music as I keep my head down tears dripping from my eyes onto the cold pavement.

I wipe away the tears as I walk into my house and go straight to my room, I know mum would know I'm upset and I don't want to explain.

I lay on my bed questioning what to do next, my door swings open.
"RYE!" Sammie runs into my room, "you're cr..."
"Shhhh," I say pulling him into a hug,
"What's wrong?" He asks me quietly,
"Everything..." my voice breaks, I'm not lying, i can't name something that's right.
I've messed up everything...

I'll update again soon, I'm gonna write a lot tonight because tomorrow I have a sleepover and then another sleepover the day after so I can't write then but if I get more chapters done now everything should be okay x
