Kara's POV
I left the copying room me and Y/n were in so suddenly because I forgot that I had to meet Winn. I've been meaning to tell him that I'm "The girl who saved the plane", like you'd think that I would've been given a name by now, sheesh.
As I reach the roof I see Winn with worry etched on his features. "What's the matter Kara? Is everything okay? Why are we here?" Winn ushered out, asking questions a mile a minute. "Relax Winn, everything is fine I just have some thing I want to get off my chest." I reassured him.
"Oh. My. God. YOU'RE GAY!!! You're gay aren't you? Oh my god, this is why you weren't into me! It all makes sense!!" He all but screams at the top of his lungs. "No! I'm not gay, Winn. I'm her!" I admitted a little too freely. "Wha-What? Kara, what do you mean you're 'her'." He manages to get out through fits of laughter. "I'm the woman who saved the plane!" He just laughed. "Yeah, right. And I'm rich and own a house in Tampa."
I look at him extremely displeased, trying to figure out how I can prove this to him. "Hmmm......Oh I know I'LL JUMP OFF THE BUILDING!!" I mean, it seems obvious that this is the only way to handle this situation. So, without saying a single word I walk over to the edge and face Winn. "Kara? What are you doing? Come away from there!" He screams as he runs towards me, as I, with a smile on my face, free-fall off the side of the building. "KARRRAA!!" Winn screams as I plummet.
I wait a moment and then dart upwards, and then land swiftly on the rooftop. DAMN IT FEELS GOOD TO FLY AGAIN! "Wha-.Bu-.You-.HOW?" He stutters as he tries to wrap his head around what exactly just happened. "Like I said, I'm her!" I exclaimed. "Oh my god, you really are her! Thi-This is amazing!" He yells happily. Just then, all the excitement dies down and we both realize that we should get back to work. "We should be getting back.." We say in unison. I feel much much better now that Winn knows.
