Chapter 9

"This is bad." McGee said starring at the screen. "Samuel Marino. Wanted by the FBI for 18 unsolved murders." Explained McGee.

"He tortured all of his victims for weeks before they died of starvation or blood loss." Tobias informed startling McGee.

Tony tensed up. His ninja, scared and being tortured.

"Here are his known associates. Daneil, Dalles, Howard, T.J., Wally. Dalles is the youngest. Hes only 19." Gibbs explained. "McGee!"

"Yes Boss?" He replied sitting down at his computer.

"See what land Samuel is either renting or owns." Gibbs ordered. "I want everything the FBI has on Samuel."

"Okey." Tobias said turning to his agents that were hurrying to the elevator. "Ha."

"Samuel lives at this address, right outside of DC. He also owns 4 warehouses. But he is renting 6." Tim explained typing on his computer.

"He inherited millions from his father who died last year." Tobias said.

"Was he murdered?" Gibbs asked.

"No." Tobias answered. He walked over to Zivas desk but felt 3 death glares on his back so he leaned on the side.

"Okey. Thats a lot of warehouses to check. If we clear one, word will get out and they might..."tony trailed of not wanting to finish the sentence.

"Tony, go to Abbys lab and see what she has." Gibbs ordered knowing how much this case hurts him.

"Hay Abby." Tony said not his perky self.

She turned from her computer with makeup running.

"Abby," tony said as she ran in his arms.

"She doesn't deserve this! What did she do?" Abby sobbed in his arms.

"I know. We will get him. Don't worry. I promise." Whispered Tony kissing the top of her head.

"Tony." She backed away but stared

into his green eyes. "Kick his ass."
