Chapter 27

Emma's POV

After Cat and The Vamps left, it was just One Direction, Katie, and I. Katie needed some Kiall time, so her and Niall went off to another room.

So I'm stuck with Harry, Zayn, Louis, and Liam in the hospital room. We all just stare at eachother for a minute until Zayn breaks the silence.

"You know what's sad?" Zayn asks me. "I don't really know you."

I haven't always been the best at socializing so this isn't really a surprise.
Okay just kidding, I SUCK at socializing.

"This calls for a game of 20 Questions on Emma in mine and Harry's room!" Louis yells as he runs out of the room trying to look like Superman. We all follow out of the hospital room and see Louis holding the elevator door open for us.

"Took you long enough," Louis jokingly scolds us.

Once we reach our floor, Louis breaks out in a sprint again and races down the hallway. The rest of us just walk normally and laugh at Louis.

All of the sudden Louis turns around and is now running straight at us.

"Should I be scared?" I ask Harry, who is to my left.

"Terrified," he tells me with a smile.
He better be joking.

"Key," Louis says to Harry while breathing heavily. Harry quickly hands him a key card and Louis runs back down the hallway and disappears into a room.

When the rest of us normal people reach the room, we find it open and Louis laying down on the bed staring at the ceiling.

"What took you so long?" Louis asks without looking up to see us.

We all take seats throughout the room and I end up next to Harry on one of the queen size beds.

"We were walking," Liam says matter of factly.

"Walking is for idiots," Louis mutters as he sits up. I look up to see all of them staring at me.

"Well I can't play this game unless you ask questions," I tell them.

"Ohhhhhhhh," they all say in unison.

Creepy.

"Favorite color?" Liam asks.

"Sky blue."

"Where are you from?" Zayn asks me.

"London but moved to Cornwall where I met Cat and Katie."

"How did you meet Tristan?" Harry asks me.

"He was Katie's best friend before she met me. Haven't met him until he asked us all to go on tour," I reply. Harry looks a little bit relieved by this answer.

"Do you like carrots?" Louis asks me.

"Who doesn't?" I reply.

"Good point," Louis adds sitting back in his chair nodding.

"Worst fear?" Liam asks me.

I take a gulp. I don't really want to answer this question. This one fear has caused me so much pain; I hate it. Most people learn how to swim at a young age, but my parents never cared for me properly so I never learned...

"Water," I say quietly so no one hears me. They all give me a questioning look and I can tell they didn't hear me.

"Water," I repeat a little louder. "And it's not just because of those girls. No one has ever taught me to swim and I've had many... encounters with water that didn't end well."
