I took a deep breath and said to myself You can do it! You are that girl.

I took faint steps and opened the door.
I slowly reached towards our table.
I crawled towards Emma.

"What's the matter Skylar?" She got up from her place.

"M-my water...just broke." I cried out of pain.
"Oh my god. We need to the hospital now! Let me call Aiden and tell him to go straight to the hospital." She said.

I almost bit her hand and screamed "You get me to the motherf***ing hospital now!"

"Shh..Calm down woman." She carried me to the car.

I took a seat. Emma hopped towards the driving seat.
She drove fast.

After some time...

"What the f*ck! A traffic signal was the last thing I needed right now." Emma placed her hands on her forehead out of frustration.
"How far is the hospital from here?" I asked Emma.

"3 kilometers approximately." She said.
"Ahh!! I'm dying in here!" I screamed.
"Look the traffic just moved." Emma was quite relieved.

After 30 minutes...

"How am I still alive?" I sighed.
We reached the hospital.

"How are you feeling, Skylar?" Aiden puts his hands on my shoulder.

"Honestly, like crap." I said.

"Ahh!! Get our baby out of my belly already!!" I screamed

The doctor came in.

"We would like to check your pulse now Miss Thomas." She said.

"Yeah sure, whatever."

She checked my pulse, it was normal.
She checked my medical history and all my vitals.

They told me to lie down on the bed.

The conceptions are terrible!
"Get my baby out fast!!" I screamed.
"Give us some time." The doctor said.

3 hours later.

"ARE YOU PLANNING TO GET IT OUT OT NOT!" I screamed at the top of my voice.
Aiden had nothing to do, so he laughed.
"Calm down baby." He tried to comfort me.
They checked me out once and said.
"I think, we can start our process now as the cervix is dilated as per our expectations."
"Miss Thomas I want you to push." The doctor said.
I tried pushing. It pains like a bitch!
"IT HURTS!!" I screamed.
"Come on babe. You can do it." Aiden kissed my forehead.
"Ahhh!!!"
"Can you see the head Mr. Romano?" The doctor asked Aiden.
"No."
"Keep pushing Skylar." The doctor said.
"I-AM-DYING. AHHH!!!"
"Is it coming out?" The doctor asked.
"Yes it is."

After some rounds of pushing.

I heard the cry of the baby. Our baby. Our son.
Aiden carried him. He handed the baby to me.
I looked into his eyes, he has got Aiden's eyes.
"He's an angel, just like you." He kissed his forehead and then mine.

"What are you going to name him?" I asked.
"Do you have anything in mind?" He asked.
"Actually yes." I said. "What about Axel?"
"Sounds perfect, and I love it!" He said.
He carried him in his arms and said.
"Welcome to the world Axel Thomas Romano."
