The song...
~Gerard's POV~
Today was the funeral. I woke up tha morning, and put on a black suit and a red tie. This was the first time since Ally died I was leaving the house, it was the first time I'd even gotten dressed in anything beside my nightclothes.*Knock knock*
"What is it?" I asked, buttoning up my shirt, hearing someone knock on my bedroom door.
My mom opened it and stuck her head in, of course she was wearing dress pants and a blouse. "Time to go."
I looked at myself in the mirror, brushing something off of my jacket.
We headed down the hallway, and after I grabbed my sunglasses, she locked the door and we drove away. The sun hid behind the clouds, and rain fell on the windshield. Obviously I wasn't wearing sunglasses because of the sun, I had other reasons.
The drive to the church was silent, my mom didn't ask me any questions, or exec pt me to talk. I rested my elbow in the windowsill, and leaned my head on my hand. I watched the rain fall, the weather outside, was how I felt in the inside.

We pulled up to the church, and parked close to the entrance. We went in, not many other people were there, we were a bit early. It was a beautiful church, mostly a cream colored. When we walked in, we were each handed a card with Ally's name, and story on it. It had a picture and when I saw it, a tear rolled down my cheek.
We sat down, and before long, Mike and my dad showed up, Frank as well. My dad patted Mikey on the back as we all sat in one pew. My dad sat with his arm around mom, and I sat next to Mikey.
Someone behind me tapped on my shoulder. I turned to see who it was. It was Ally's mom. "I'm sorry to bother you." She said, I could tell she had been crying, I can understand why; Ally was her daughter, her flesh and blood. And she had just had to watch her own mother be buried the other day. "The other Pallbearers, can't carry the casket today. One, my brother, hurt his wrist, and my dad is falling apart. I was wondering if you and Mikey could instead? I understand if you can't."
Mikey and I looked at each other, I turned back to Mrs. Shores. "It w-would be an honor, ma'am." I replied, taking off my sunglasses, and putting them in my jacket pocket.
"Thank you, Ally would want this." She said, walking to the back of the church, we followed close behind.
When we got back there, I saw an open door; It was where the casket was for now. Everyone else was busy, even Mikey went to the bathroom, most likely to try to hold it together. I slowly made my way to the open-door room. I stepped in and saw Ally laying in the casket.
Her skin was so pale, but she still looked beautiful. I fell to my knees.
~Flash back~
We walked down to it side-by-side. The water reflected the sunlight, and made it so beautiful!
"What's wrong?" I asked, furrowing my eye brows worriedly because she just stopped walking.
"Nothing." She answered, not even taking her eyes off of the pond. "It's just so pretty."
A smile appeared on my face when she said this. I grabbed her hand and gently pulled her in the direction we were going. We went down a small dirt road, and around to an even better view.
There were trees and a few vine like plants, perfectly hanging down low enough to make a frame for the beautiful scene. She was speechless.
"Do you like it?" I asked.
