I Need You

It is Friday night. Today has been a very productive day.

After our greetings, we started talking about my cover and how much they enjoyed watching it. We also talked about their future music and what their inspirations are.

Talking to them is so easy. I quickly became really relaxed and I was so comfortable.

While this was all happening, my mom was talking with the managers, for who-knows-what reason.

So, now we are on the way to dinner. We are taking a van, so it can fit all of us except for BHE managers and my mom.

In the fourth row, J-Hope, Jimin, and Jin are sitting, in the third row, RM and V are sitting, in the second row, it is me and Jungkook, and in the front is the driver and Suga. I am honestly so happy I get to sit by Jungkook. Honestly, the "awkwardness" is very real. I can tell he is nervous and I am very nervous.

The car ride is kind of silent, but then Jimin speaks up.

"So Jade, what is your all time favorite BTS song?"

All of the guys look at me and I say "'Dope' and 'Blood Sweat & Tears'. I love those. I also love 'We Are Bulletproof Pt.2' a lot."

All the guys nod in approval of my choices. They are so funny, everything they do is in unison somehow.

We finally arrive at the restaurant and we all get out of the van. Once inside, my mom and the BHE managers already have a table in the very back of the restaurant in a private room. Around the table, it is RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, Jungkook, then me. My mom is sitting in between me and the BHE managers.

During dinner, the conversations are lively. We talk a lot about music and what their lives were like before they joined BTS. All of their stories were so interesting and I just admire them.

A few times I've caught Jungkook looking at me. Whenever I do, I just smile at him and he smiles back at me. He is just so shy, it's cute.

The guys, I can tell, can feel the tension between us. Jimin gets up and tells Jungkook to follow him because he wants to talk to him real quick. I wonder what they are talking about. Not too long after, V and Jin follow. I look at Suga, J-Hope, and RM questionably and they just look at me and then at each other then back at me and just shrug.

After a few minutes, Suga, J-Hope, and RM get a text in unison and they both leave and go the same way as the other boys.

I look at my mom and the BHE managers.

"I wonder what they're talking about," I say to both of them.

My mom looks at the BHE managers and they just shrug.

"Who knows," says one manager, "they are boys. They are probably talking about some weird thing." The other BHE manager, my mom, and I just laugh.

After about another 2 minutes, all the boys come in together. They sit back down and start eating like nothing happened.

They are all smiling, though.

I look at the BHE managers and my mom and we all look so confused.

Jimin looks up and sees all 4 of us just wondering what happened and he says, "Oh we were just talking about this video on my phone."

Yeah right. Ok.

I really want to know what they were talking about.

I guess I won't find out.
