I Need You

It is now Thursday. We are leaving today to go to New York. It's a 4 hour 35 minute flight. The BHE managers set up the flight arrangements, so we are in first class. Each row is seats of 2 so it is going to be Jimin and V, RM and Suga, J-Hope and Jin, and then Junkook and me.

My mom isn't going with me because she has to stay to work and she it would not be a good idea.

We are about to leave for the airport. And I go in to tell my mom goodbye.

"Mom! I'm going to miss you so much!" I say. Tears are starting to form in my eyes.

"Jade! I'm going to miss you, too! Have fun! Don't forget to call and text me!"

Tears start rolling down my eyes. I'm going to be on tour for 4 months, I've only been away from my mom for 2 weeks. She wipes my tears, gives me a kiss on the cheek, and gives me a long hug.

I walk towards the van with my mom and I get in and sit next to Jungkook. As we are starting to drive away I roll down the window and wave to my mom. Tears are now streaming down my face a lot. I have to wipe them away before I look at the boys again. Jungkook puts his arm over me, I rest my head on his shoulder, and we just sit like that all the way to the airport.

At the airport, we get out of the van and go to baggage check. All of our bags are good to go and we make it through security pretty quickly.

Our flight is at 2:30pm, they start boarding at 2:00, and it is now 1:45. So, we head towards our gate and sit down and wait for them to start boarding. We are the first people to board.

The plane takes off on time and we get situated in our seats. We all talk for a little bit, but we are all so tired, and the time zone difference is not going to be good, so after about 30 minutes we decide to take a long nap. Thank goodness the seats recline.

Jungkook takes my hand in his and places it on his stomach and we fall asleep like that.

The plane lands and it is 9:00pm now. It is 7:00 in LA right now. So, we lost 2 hours of our day.

We go down to baggage claim and get our luggage and we get into another van there waiting for us. This one is more like a tour bus, it even has the bunk beds in it. We all get in and get our stuff situated.

All of us are very hungry, so we decide to go get food at Haru Sushi. The food was really good and filling.

Afterwards, we decide to go to Times Square. I've never been to Times Square before. When we get there, it is fine at first, but then all these girls come running at them asking for autographs and pictures. I take a step back and wait. None of the girls left. I didn't want to bother so me and both the managers went to some of the shops right next to where the boys are.

After about 30 minutes, one of the managers gets a call from RM asking where we are. We walk out to find them and they are in the same spot.

"Sorry about that," said J-Hope, "The girls can be crazy."

Everyone laughed. Jungkook came from behind the guys and gave me a back hug around my neck area and placed his chin on my head and I placed my hands on his arms.

"Ok, so now what?" I asked.

"I don't know, what do you want to do?" asked Jimin.

"We can head to the hotel, or we can walk around some more, or I don't know. Go on a night tour?"

"Let's go to the hotel," said Suga, "I'm tired. I want to sleep."

Everyone nodded and agreed. We all walked back to the bus, Jungkook and I hand in hand.

When we get on the bus, everyone starts to get ready for bed. I get to stay in the back room while the guys stay on the bunks in the "hall" and the managers on the pull out couches in the front.

Before I go to bed, I walk out to tell all the guys goodnight. Jimin, V, Jin, and RM are the only ones awake right now. So, I tell them goodnight. I bend down to where Jungkook is sleeping and I give him a little peck on the forehead. Right when I was about to close the curtain, Jungkook takes me hand, I bend down, and he gives me a peck on the cheek.

He smiles at me, I smile at him, I close his curtain, and I head to the back room to go to bed.

Today has been a very adventurous day. I am so thankful to be here!
