Did I push the door that forcefully?

He glared at me and rubbed the blood off the glass by the back of his hand. I just stood there in shock. He pulled the door open and walked past me.

I ran behind him and grabbed his shoulder. He didn't expect this so he stopped and looked at me from the corner of his eye.

"Hey. I'm- I didnt mean it."

"Okay"

"Okay?? I apologized stop acting like a robot."

"What do you want me to say? Oh okay sweetie I get it you would never want to hurt me." He said, mimicking a softer voice at the end.

"Uhh.. maybe?"

"I couldn't care less. Can you stay away from me? Bringing you in my life was a terrible mistake."

"Bringing me in your life? Do you even know what that means? What do I know about you, huh? That you have terrible mood swings and that you're such an ass? Yeah."

"Yet you act like you know shit about me."

"You're still mad about that? I'm sorry about that okay? It was stupid, but now can you just go back to normal and not act like a totally depressed guy?"

"This is who I am." He raised his voice. "I'm done acting like that Chaz Carter that people think I am. I tried to branch out the previous few days and that's it, because someone told me to. This is who I am, and what if I am a depressed guy, huh?" He stared me close in the eyes and a lump formed in my throat. He looked so intimidating but the pain in his eyes was obvious. Unreadable.

"I- Im sorry Chaz."

"Whatever." He said before he started walking again.

"Hey- uh.. let me help you with the wound. It's my fault."

He turned to face me, a confused expression plasteted on his face. His hands were in his pockets and his hair was messed up.

"Please."

"Fuck no."

"Chaz, I already feel guilty and bad.. please, just.."

"No."

"I feel terrible. Because of everything not only this. Let me relieve myself."

"No."

"But- I-"

"You're not going to shut up, are you?"

"No."

He sighed. "Fine. Make it quick." He rolled his eyes.

"Thank you." I mouthed to him before he sat on one of the benches and looked at me as I disappeared out of his sight to bring some materials.

I rushed inside. On the grass, to the accident door, to the living room which Matt wasn't in, to the hallway. I found Jay. Thankfully.

"Jay. I need some cottons, a bandage and whatever spray these football players use on TV." I said as I gasped for air.

"Are you okay?" He asked with worry.

"Yeah, but I kind of hurt Chaz.. can I just have that shit?"

He chuckled. "Yeah, yeah." He walked upstairs and I followed as I gasped for more air.

"I need to be a professional athele." I said as I struggled to go up the stairs.

"Facts. You know you just came from the back? That's a very small distance, but ok."
