The night eventually ended and everyone started to leave quickly after Matt did. Chaz didn't speak to me after the kiss and just nodded me a good-bye and left. Jay and Dan were amused as hell and Dani was just laughing the whole time. They all looked like proud parents.

Taylor helped me clean. More like lied down on my sofa and 'motivated' me by playing drake music after everyone left.

"I still cannot believe that you let that psycho you take the best of you." Taylor smiled widely, lying upside down on the sofa in the center of the living room. Her hair fell upside down too, making her look like a girl from an album cover.

"Hell yes." I swept the floor. Not many people came but they sure as hell made a big mess. My friends were crazy.

"That was amazing! Throwing heels at Matt was perfect!" She squealed excitedly, changing the song.

"I know. He destroyed that cute thing tho." I said quietly. "I really liked the bracelet. It felt special to me the moment I looked at it."

"It's alright. The big break up was worth it." She grinned. I still didn't believe that Matt wasn't my boyfriend anymore. I was finally free after a month and a few whatever of dating a fake guy who only wanted me for a quick hook up. Chaz was right all along. He didn't change. No wonder almost everyone hated him.

I sighed and kept sweeping.

By the time my parents arrived, I was done. Taylor helped me at the end when I told her that coffee was going to be on me next time we went to a coffee shop.

"See you." She waved. "Happy birthday!"

"Bye!" I shouted back as she got in her car and doze off.

I turned and looked at my parents behind me.

"Happy birthday Olivia." My mom smiled. "We have a surprise for you."

"Really?!" I blurted out. They never surprised me with anything other than socks or candies. I didn't mind though.

"Nike socks?" I suggested sarcastically.

"It's something you've always asked for. You want it and maybe need it. Since you'll soon be going to college... and responsibility and.. you know.." she trailed off and motioned for me to follow her and dad to the back.

I waked excitedly but suspiciously behind them. What if this was a prank?

"Here we go." Dad said and opened the back door. I couldn't see what was outside since it was night time, but when they opened it, I saw a large shiny, white object in a small distance. I jogged towards it to find a car! A freakin car!

"No way!" I yelled and ran towards it. It was a beautiful white BMW, similar to Jay's. "Oh my god! Thank you so much!"

I screeched when my dad handed me the key. I thankfully went to a driving school about a year ago. I never saw the point of it before now. All I needed was to get my license now.

"Oh my god!" I hugged the car in disbelief. I owned a car. Finally! I wouldn't have to act like that annoying friend who always needs rides home. Though I'll really miss rides with Chaz...

I almost forgot that highschool was over. I'll probably never see Chaz again. He'll just be a sweet memory of the past. The thought of that made me feel uneasy, so I decided to sweep it under the carpet and to enjoy the blessing I just got.

I woke up at 1 pm and lazily rolled over my back. I stretched my arm towards my nightstand and when I felt a thin rectangle, I grabbed my phone.
