We all got to the assembly hall, where the freshmen and sophomores prom was going to be. Music and neon lights exploded. The hall was very crowded and filled with conversations, choirs, screams, laughs and yells.
The moment we stepped in, eyes scanned us, and some fingers pointed at our direction. My cheeks turned even redder when Chaz kissed my cheek.
He pulled me by a table in a corner and slumped next to me. I had no idea what was going on. I was far too distracted admiring my boyfriend's face that I didn't notice what changes were made to the hall.
"What's on your mind?" He smirked and I sighed to bury down my nervousness. Colourful lights reflected on his defined features, making him look ten times more handsome.
"Nothing." I mumbled.
He scooted next to me and held an arm around my shoulder. "You look really good." He whispered and I bit my lips.
"I try." I mumbled as I moved one arm around his neck.
"And you succeed." He leaned in slowly and planted a hot kiss on my mouth.
I subconsciously licked my lips when he pulled away, making him lightly laugh.
When the slow music changed into a hip-hop type of beat, Chaz's eyes widened. I narrowed my eyes at him before he smirked and swiftly held my hand, pulling me to the dance floor.
"What?" I gasped in shock as he placed his hands on my hips.
"I love this song." He winked. "I'm sure you'll love it too."
A familiar beat started playing before my jaw dropped at him. "Chaz!"
The dance floor was crowded, and filled with screams and laughs, but all I saw was Chaz in front of me, and all I heard was my fast heart beat dancing with the song's rhythm. I sighed and hesitantly placed my hands on his broad shoulders. The song was quite speedy, and had a quick, catchy beat that didn't match the way I moved.
Chaz shot me a dangerous smirk before he held my hips, turned me around, then swiftly pulled me towards him as he lip-synced the song. 'You know I love it when the music's loud, but come on strip that down for me.'
My jaw dropped, once again, as he laughed and held his protective arms around me.
Now, he sang out loud with a mischievous glint in his eyes that I couldn't catch. "Now there's a lot of people in the crowd, but only you can dance with me."
"So, put you hands on my body," He took my hands from his shoulders and placed them on his defined chest, making my face turn hot. "and swing that round for me."
'You know, I love it when the music's loud. But c'mon, strip that down for me, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.' He lip-synced as he turned me around once more, then possessively held his hands on my hips. My face was as red as the lights that were reflecting on us, and my skin was heated. If this were a game, he definitely leveled up and took control.
And It was my turn to do that too.
I took his forearms, pulled his hands away from me, and gave him a small smirk before I left him on the dance-floor and walked towards the hallway.
