This chapter was interesting and I liked how I was able to write it and put some things in this chapter. I wanted to build the relationship.

*Ali's P.O.V*

Enid seemed pretty surprised at what I had said because she hasn't said anything.

But then after a few minutes, she started to form words.

"What the hell? You can't go see Negan. That's dangerous." She yelled.

"This whole world is dangerous. If I were to go outside of Alexandria, then that's dangerous. If I go to a gas station, that's dangerous. If I just run into random people, that's dangerous. Everything is dangerous so what's the difference?" I said trying not to lose my cool.

"This is Negan though. He could kill you." She tried to reason with me.

"I don't think he would. I'm sure he took a liking to me. I mean, he did with Carl."

I try to not say Carl's name so much because if I did then it would only make me wanna cry and I don't wanna cry right now or at all.

"Would Carl want this?" Enid asked.

I shrugged.

"Maybe or maybe not. But nothing is stopping me from seeing Negan." I say.

"You're seeing Negan?" I heard a voice.

It was Michonne.

I slowly turned around.

"Michonne I have to do this. Just let me do it." I pleaded.

"I can't let you do this. After with what happened with Carl, I can't have anything happen to you."

"You can blame Siddiq for what happened to Carl." I said serious.

"Siddiq didn't get him killed."

"Siddiq was there. He was there and he wasn't fast enough to help him. I could've been there and the job would've been done. I know Carl would've wanted that. Carl wanted and needed me. He said so in his letter that he wished I was with him when he went to go get Siddiq. Carl should be here." I said wanting to cry now.

"Carl would also want you to trust Siddiq."

"I know. But since he disobeyed me I'm going back to get Siddiq, I'm gonna disobey him. I hope he understands."

Michonne sighed.

"I'm leaving now." I said.

I had a knife in my boot and my gun in holster just in case something happens but I'm gonna pray something doesn't.

As I was walking towards the gate, out of the corner of my eye I saw Siddiq and he was starring at me. He knew what I said about him.

I don't care though.

Kal opened the gates and I left.

I went into a car that was near the gate and started it.

I guess you can say I learned how to drive a bit as well when Carl was alive. He taught me a bit.

Plus, this will be faster than to walk and it will take forever and I don't wanna be there long.

It only took an half hour to get to the sanctuary. People were outside but I could spot Dwight.
