Also MERRY CHRISTMAS and happy holidays!! this year has been rough and I ho early enjoyed spending time with my family today and hope anyone who celebrates had a good day as well:))
Its late right now but I wanted to post a little update so here you go, vote!!!Calum
The weekend went by slowly and was super boring without Eden here but it was now monday morning and we were back to our regular schedule. Well kind of, we were definitely running late this morning.
"I'm not eating that." Eden said pushing her plate away crossing her arms.
"Come on eden it's just toast." I groaned. "You need to eat breakfast."
"We have waffles. I want those daddy." She said and I sighed. Since we were already running late I really didn't have time to argue about it.
"You know what, fine." I snapped making her stupid waffles. A few minutes later I handed them to her. "Eat, we can't be late again or mommy is going to kill me." I sighed.
"You're being mean" She pouted. "Don't yell at me."
"I'm not yelling darling, but we're running late and I need to get you dressed still." I tried to explain to her. "Hurry up please."
After she finally agreed and ate breakfast I brought her into her room and attempted to get her dressed.
"I want to wear a dress." She whined while I tried to put some jeans on her.
"Not today, we're not doing this Eden. I need you to cooperate." I said continuing to dress her.
"I don't like pants." She stated and I nodded.
"I know, but it's cold out and you can't wear a dress everyday. Now which bow do you want?" I asked holding up a white bow and a purple one.
"Purple." She said pointing to it and I nodded putting it in her hair.
"Alright now let's go." I said taking her hand and going to the car.
Of course we ended up just barely making it on time but we still weren't technically late which is what matters.
"Late again I see." I heard Emily laugh walking over to me.
"Am not. I was here a minute before being late." I stated and she chuckled.
"Right, right. Well I'll see you later Calum, I've got so much to get done today." She groaned and I laughed.
"Good luck." I smiled before walking back to my car and driving to work.
"Calum, good, I'm glad you're here. we need to talk." Linda said and I gave her a confused look.
"Um, what? Is everything okay?" I asked, worried.
"Not exactly. I can't keep this place anymore." She sighed. "I'm sick Calum, this is all too much and I can't afford it. I have no other option here and I know it's sudden and I'm sorry but the place has been sold." She frowned.
