Calum"Are you almost ready?" I asked Parker who was sitting at the counter eating his cereal.
"I don't want to go." He mumbled.
"Daddy look! Emmy braided my hair." Eden grinned walking into the kitchen.
"Her hair is obnoxious to brush out." Emily huffed. "Are you ready Park?"
"I don't want togo mumma." He whined. "Do I have to?"
"Yes, now please go put your shoes on." She sighed in response. "You too Eden." Emily continued and then both kids walked to get their shoes on.
"You're belly is growing baby." I smiled, noticing her baby bump starting to get bigger.
"I already cried over it this morning calum, please don't." She frowned. "I'm emotional today."
"Can't imagine why." I laughed giving her a quick kiss. "Let's get them to school."
"I can't believe they're actually starting school." She pouted as we walked to the front door.
After getting the two five year olds in the car with all their stuff we made the drive to the school so we could drop them off.
"Let me take a picture of you guys." Emily said, making them stand next to each other so she could get a picture. "You're so cute stop." She whined.
"I want to stay with you mumma." Parker whined, running over to her after she took the picture.
"You'll have fun Parker I promise." She assured him, giving him a right hug. "Eden will be with you all day bud, and when you come home you're both gonna have so many exciting stories to tell daddy and I, yeah?"
"I don't want to." He said, starting to cry. "I want to stay with you and daddy."
"Come on Parker, don't cry bud." She frowned. "You have to go, but I'll be right here later on to pick you up. I promise." She said kissing the top of his head.
"Come on Parker." Eden grinned. "We'll have fun."
"Hey come give me a hug." I pouted at my eager daughter. "I love you darling." I said after she ran over to hug me.
"I love you daddy." She giggled. "Goooo." She whined pushing me towards the car.
"I love you to the moon and back Parker." Emily said giving him one last hug.
"To the moon and back." He mumbled as they both started to walk away. Once they were out of sight we both got back into the car.
"Amber never showed up." Emily mumbled and I nodded.
"I'm not too surprised." I stated. "I expect it from her at this point. She'll calm me later bitching to make it somehow my fault too."
"We should just get rid of her." Emily huffed as we drove away from the school.
"That's hard to do since I had a kid with her." I chuckled.
"I know, but Amber sucks and it's seriously affecting your daughter." She frowned and I nodded.
"Did I tell you what Eden said the other day?" I asked her.
"I don't know." She chuckled. "What'd she say?"
"Well I was telling her we wouldn't forget about her when the baby is born and I slipped and called you mumma to her because of Parker and she said she wished you were her mom instead of Amber." I sighed. "I mean, I feel the same but I can't encourage it, so I just had to correct her."
