Calum"Roses or Calla Lilies?" Emily asked walking into the bathroom where I was trying to take a shower.
A few months had past and we were now getting ready for christmas and the baby who would be here in just a couple months. Today Emily and I were planning on getting some christmas shopping done.
"What?" I chuckled while still washing my body.
"For the wedding, Roses or Calla Lilies?" She asked again, raising her voice a little so I could hear her over the water.
"Baby I don't know, can we talk about this later? When I'm not showering?" I asked and then heard the bathroom door slam shut again. I sighed, quickly finishing my shower and then leaving the bathroom, seeing her sitting on our bed waiting.
"We need to pick a date to get married." She mumbled, playing with the ring on her finger. "A-and find a place to get married and someone to marry us a-and I need to find a dress and-"
"Shh baby, breathe." I said wrapping my arms around her. "We have time to plan our wedding. We don't have to get married right away. Rosie will be here soon and planning a wedding is just going to stress you out."
"But I want to marry you." She pouted.
"We're going to get married Emily, I promise. For right now though do me a favor and take care of Rosie and yourself for me, alright? I love you girls too much, I don't want any stress." I said giving her a kiss. "Take a deep breath baby, we'll figure it out." She nodded, taking a deep breath before looking at me.
"Thank you. I'm sorry." She frowned. "I'm just stressed. I want to be officially married and have the baby and just have everything planned out but there's no time to do it."
"I understand and I promise you, baby, as soon as everything works out I'm going to marry you. I love you so much. we can slowly start making decisions on the wedding, but don't stress about it yet." I said kissing her forehead. "You need to take care of yourself baby."

"What about Tulips?" I asked Emily while she looked at clothes for parker.
"What?" she asked, turning to look at me.
"For our wedding, I know you didn't suggest it but I proposed to you in a field of Tulips. I don't know, it's just a thought." I shrugged and she grinned. "It could be cute."
"I love it." She said giving me a quick kiss. "I like your way of thinking Hood." She said winking at me. "Woah that's weird, I'm going to be Mrs. Hood some day. That's crazy." She said chuckling a bit. "And then we'll have little Rosie, uh whatever her middle name is, Hood."
"We'll work on a middle name soon." I chuckled, taking her hand in mine. "I have no idea what to get Eden. She has plenty of toys, we don't have space to just get her more stuff she doesn't need."
"That's why I'm looking at clothes for Parker. my baby has grown so much in the last year." She pouted picking out some stuff for parker. "Have you thought about what you're getting Parker yet?" She asked me and I nodded.
"He really likes lego's, so I thought I'd get him one of the big sets and we could build it together. I think he'd like the idea." I said smiling, I was quite proud of myself for the idea.
"He's going to love it Calum. He loves you a lot." She said nearly crying. "Thank you." She said before her arms wrapped around me. I smiled and hugged her back.
"Baby, why are you crying?" I asked, pulling back and wiping her tears. "Shh, I love you."
"I'm just really lucky to have met you a-and you've done so much for me and Parker, I just love you a lot." She sniffled right before her phone went off and she rolled her eyes answering it. "Hello?"
"Who is it?" I asked and she mouthed "school" to me and I nodded, waiting patiently for her to end the call. "We need to go pick Parker and Eden up." She mumbled, quickly trying to leave the store.
"What happened?" I asked following behind her and eventually making it back to the car. We both climbed in and I started driving before she responded.
"Apparently he got into a fight- or some other kids hit him? I don't know. They said Eden was sticking up for him." She groaned. "Why does he always get picked on." She pouted and I knew she was going to start crying again. My little hormonal baby. "He's such a good kid Cal- I mean really. Every time he's ever known I'm upset or somethings wrong, he stops what he's doing to make sure I'm okay and he does the same with you and Eden. He doesn't deserve to be picked on." She pouted.
"I know baby." I sighed, taking her hand in mine. "You can always talk to the school about it. Surely they can't keep letting a group of five and six year olds be bullies."
"I guess." She sighed as I parked the car at the school. "I'll be right back." She said before climbing out and then coming back a few minutes later with both Eden and Parker.
"It's okay Parker, I'll make sure they can't play on the slide anymore." I heard Eden say as Emily opened the door for them to get in the backseat. "Hi daddy."
"Hey darling." I mumbled, looking back at them and noticing how Parker wasn't saying a weird. "Hey bub. Are you alright?" I asked but he didn't respond.

After we got home we let Parker hangout by himself upon his request and Eden requested that she and I watched a movie. So while Eden and I sat in the living room Emily decided on making cookies because she knew Parker would enjoy it.
"Why did Ariel leave her family for a boy?" Eden asked while cuddled up to me on the couch. "She even lost her voice daddy. I'd never do that. I'd miss you too much." She pouted and I smiled.
"Yeah?" I question and she nodded. "Can I ask you something darling?" I asked and she nodded again, this time turning her head to look at me, but instead I just lifted her onto my lap.
"Why'd you stick up for Parker today?" I asked and she shrugged.
"He was crying daddy. We were playin' and some boys were picking on him because he was playing with a girl. I don't like when Parker's sad daddy. You said Parker and emmy are family, so Parker's my brother, he didn't do anything wrong daddy." She frowned and I nodded.
"You're right Eden." I sighed. "Thank you, I'm sure he appreciates it a lot." I said hugging her and holding her close. "I love you so much darling."
"I love you daddy. Forever and ever." She giggled, kissing my cheek. A few minutes later Eden was back to watching the movie and I was only half paying attention to it.
"Eden?" Emily called walking into the living room waiting for Eden to look over at her. "Can you go get Parker for me? Tell him I made cookies." She said and Eden nodded, running to get Parker.
"Calum im going to cry again." Emily huffed sitting down next to me. "Eden is literally the cutest. She called us family- she called Parker her brother, is that not the cutest thing you've heard?" She groaned and I chuckled.
"She loves you guys a lot. She's still on her whole thing about liking you more than Amber and I have to keep correcting her and telling her she can't call you mumma." I sighed and Emily nodded.
"She could." She mumbled.
"What-"
"Mumma I want a cookie." Parker said, walking into the living room with Eden following behind him.
"Me too." Eden giggled. "Maybe two."
