Shlok took it lightly cz he too knew it cannot be instant. He suppressed his laughter and asked, ‘Now what? If at all you get pregnant, we cannot afford to have a child right now. How will you manage 2 kids at a time?
Adi gave him a confused look and asked, ‘So now you mean to say that I am pregnant and am going to deliver twins, is it?’
Shlok: Na re, am talking about myself and the forthcoming baby.

We just cannot afford a baby right now, cz I am not ready for it. I must be stable Adi. It was just a mistake, so forget it.
Adi with unshed tears looked at Shlok and said, ‘Dare you call it a mistake Shlok. Making love to me is a mistake for you?’
She got up and started walking.
Shlok never thought that this stupid argument will take such a serious turn. He too got up, paid the bill and ran behind her. By the time he could catch hold of her she was sobbing.
He went and stood in front of her and said, ‘Sorry Jaan, I didn’t mean that. Making love is the most beautiful thing. I was talking about the mistake that I made by not using protection. Am sorry. And also, Jiju is checking with Di for the solution and will call’.
Adi did not respond to him and kept walking.
Shlok dialed Hriday’s number which was answered by Hina.
Shlok: Bol Di.
