Shlok every night used to dream of his 1st night when his Love, his Life, his Zindagi ADI would be in his arms forever.
And now Adi too was equally excited, and used to dream of spending the rest of her life with Shlok.

Finally, the day came, when all their friends were arriving. They all had co-ordinated with each other and booked the same train from Borivali to Gandhidham. Sakshi with her family, Adreja’s manager with his wife and daughter, 8 of their dance academy friends, Anand and Sneha and Soumya’s parents were coming together.
A luxury bus was booked which would pick them up from the station. Shlok and Adi were too excited and went to receive them all at the station. The train arrived on time. The first one to alight from the train was Sakshi.
Adreja was very happy to see her, she ran towards her, hugged her tight and they both cried for a long time. Meanwhile Shlok and his friends helped the others with their luggage. Once all alighted, he hugged all his friends, took blessings from Soumya’s parents and Adi’s manager.
Milind: Arre ye dono to aise ro rahe hain jaise Adi sasural ja rahi hai aur isse kabhi nahi milne wali. Chalo bhai hum bhi khade hain hamari behen se milne. They both distanced themselves, Sakshi wiped her tears and said, ‘I was so angry with you that I wanted to slap you as soon as I met you, but tera chehra dekhte hi sara gussa pighal gaya’.
Shlok: Di, apne khayalat kitne milte hain. Maine bhi yehi socha tha, but Dil ka kya karu, pighal gaya isko dekhte hi, aur aap hi ki tarah usko gale laga liya.
Adi was so embarrassed. She gave a stern look to him. She then hugged Somu’s Mom and took blessings of her manager and thanked him for coming. She was about to hug her friend from the dance academy when Shlok screamed in excitement and said, ‘Adi, just look whose here’.
Adi turned around and was surprised to see Kaka and Santosh approaching them. She was so happy to see them and gave a surprised look as to how come they were here. That’s when the manager said that he got them here along with him cz Baa wanted to invite everyone who was close to Adi and Shlok.
They all boarded the bus and headed towards home which was a 20mins drive from the station. Baa and Bakuben were waiting at the gate itself to welcome them all. Everyone took Baa’s blessings and entered the house. All of them freshened up and gathered in the verandah for the breakfast. Bakuben, alongwith a helper, had prepared dhokla, chatni and poha for all of them. They finished their breakfast and proceeded to the Kutch Resort which was almost 3.5hours drive from Gandhidham.
On the way, they sang all the wedding songs like, navrai majhi ladachi ladachi, nach dene sare, aaj mere yaar ki shaadi hai, le jayenge le jayenge, etc…After an hour they all were exhausted as they did not sleep in the train as well, so most of them dozed off.
Shlok’s friends had made him sit with them saying bahut dino ke baad mila hai. Adi ke sath to kya ab puri life rehna hai. Fir to jab Adi ki permission hogi tabhi tu milega.
Adi sat with Sakshi as she had lots to share with her.
Around 1.30 they reached the resort. It was an ethnically designed eco-friendly resort. The resort had imaginatively designed Bhungas (mud huts) & Tents that blend with the rural countryside in which it was situated. It had 7 bhungas and 3 tents with hygienic restaurant offering traditional Kutchi/Gujarati food. It also had an open space for events like parties, weddings and get togethers. They also organized campfire in the moon light if requested.
The entire resort was booked by Baa for their wedding. They got it at a reasonable rate, cz Bakuben’s husband used to work for the same resort.
The boys opted to stay in the tents and few girls from the academy also preferred the tent, hence all the 3 tents were occupied by them. Rest of the families were allotted the bhungas. Anand and Sneha joined the rest of the gang in the tent. Since they had traveled together in train from Mumbai to Gandhidham, all had become good friends now and gelled very well with each other.
Everyone freshened up and gathered at the restaurant for lunch post which they decided to roam around the Raan of Kutch which was just 7kms from the resort. But Baku’s husband informed them that it was a restricted area and a prior permission was required to venture there. So they all just took rides in the camel carts that were waiting outside the resort.
It was a fun ride with almost 10 of them in one cart. Baa and Baku stayed back at the resort with Shlok and Adi. Shlok also wanted to join his friends but Baa refused him saying, ‘Nava jodka ne najar lagi jaye’.
