"omg is that Finn Wolfhard?" Gaten yells as he opens the door followed by Noah and Caleb taking pictures and screaming like crazed fans. I realized I missed them so much.

"haha very funny, get over here man I missed you so much." I open my arms and hug all three of the guys. I tried to stay in contact with them over the past five years it's just been hard with the constant traveling and meetings. I'm usually too tired at the end of the day to do anything .
" so what bring the great Finn Wolfhard home? You're tired of living the 'lavish' life ?"
"Can I not just visit my best friends? Is that a crime ?" I give each of them one more hug and we move to sit in the couches... and just like all the other times, all memories of her come rushing in.
That was one of the best shows we've ever done! I'm grateful for my amazing band. I know they all put in so much into each performance. "Thanks for the ride Ayla, ill see
You Thursday for rehearsal "
I start walking towards the house when I notice Noah's car. I'm a little surprised because he told us he was meeting his moms boyfriend tonight. Doesn't matter . I'm just glad everyone's  home .

" amazing show guys it was just so- oh my bad whos this?" My eyes land on the most beautiful girl I have ever seen. I don't know what it was but I felt as if I was pulled to her because before I can realize what I'm doing , I start walking to sit next to her.
"Millie! She's my moms new boyfriends daughter"
Millie.
This stunningly beautiful person sitting next to me is named Millie... I really don't know how I do it but I manage to speak !
"Well nice to meet you mills, I'm finn"
I shake her hand. And for a moment we lock eyes . It was a second . But it was enough for me to fall for her beautiful hazel eyes
" you were saying something about the show?" Caleb interrupted
"It was great! I had so much fun and I truly feel the bands getting better!"
" you play in a band?"
"Yes I do"
"That's awesome! What is it called"
"Calpurnia"
"What does it mean?"
"She's like a mother figure in to kill a mockingbird. We all really like her character "
"Cool"
As the night passed by , I could tell this girl was going to be someone important in my life ...
" Finn? Hey Finn!"
" Huh?" I didn't realize I was staring but by the looks on their faces I must've been staring for a while. It was quiet for a second as they all stared at me .. I know they want to ask me if I'm okay and I also know niether one of them is going to do it
" I'm fine guys. I just .. so how have you guys been? Gaten I heard you have a girlfriend!"
"Ok and yeah her names Elizabeth but we all call her Liz. She's amazing dude. She's so beautiful.."
about half an hour later and we're now in the dining room eating a bit of whatever Noah cooked up.
"What is this again?"
"Croque Monsieur, it's an amazing French dish I learned in cooking class!"
"Cooking class?" Yeah I've definitely been gone for too long.. Noah has never cooked in his life. He hated it. And honestly nothing ever came out .. edible
" yeah I decided to move out on my own and I know my mom would be mad if I called her every 10 minutes to ask how to flip an egg , so I decided to take a cooking class ." And just as we started eating I heard the front door open.
" I don't know , Caleb just said it's a surprise -" I get goosebumps up and down my skin at the sound of Sadie who is most likely talking to Millie.... I mean she has to . Those two go everywhere together " - Yeah maybe they finally planned something Roma- Finn?" To my disappointment Sadie isn't talking to Millie .. she's talking to what I'm assuming is Geten's girlfriend.
"There's my favorite Red head!" I get up and hug Sadie . She takes a moment but she eventually hugs back. " wh- what are you doing here?" I step back after a second and notice the shock in her face. "I just missed you guys so much. Oh sorry , hi I'm-"
"F- Finn Wolfhard"
"I take it you're a fan?" I reach to shake Liz's hand but she just stares at it. It's sweet. It still surprises me that people react like that when they see me. " I thought they were joking when they said they knew you b- but you're here... Gaten ! Finn Wolfhard is in your kitchen!"
We all share a laugh as we look at Liz who's trying to process what's happening. Suddenly Sadie's phone rings and as soon as she sees who it is she looks at me . Millie
Sadie answers and she puts it on speaker
"Hey Sadie, what are you doing?" . I forgot the effect her voice has on me . So sweet . So calm .  So mesmerizing I could listen to her for hours and hours on end.  " Hey mills im just at the boys.""is liz there by any chance?""im here millie!" Liz looks at me and mouths for me to not say anything " im taking isabel for ice cream and she wanted me to invite you two, i guess she wants a girls day" "who's Isabel ?" I whisper to gaten but Noah tells me to be quiet "noah do you want to come?"before he says anything gaten answers her " boys are busy tonight Millie.. maybe we can catch up with you guys after?" 
Sadie finishes talking to her and I ask everyone else who Isabel it but nobody wants to answer . And why is millie getting ice cream in the middle of October?. Millie only likes ice cream when it's warm.
"Hey Annie can I talk to you for a sec?"
" never gonna stop calling me that are you Richie?"
" I'll call you Annie till the day you stop calling me Richie okay? I don't even look like that kid "
"And I don't look like Annie!-"
I feel like what Im most happy about is how easily I can fall back into my relationships with each and everyone of these people . I can still make dumb immature jokes with Gaten and have a serious and deep conversation with Caleb. I can also talk to Noah about nothing in particular and get a women's opinion with Sadie. Sure I had that with calpurnia but it's different. Not in a bad way, it's just not the same.
" -what do you need to talk about? Although I already know what it's about... or rather WHO it's about."
" is she okay?"
" She's- she's doing good Finn . Do you want me to...?"
"NO! I just . Please . I don't want her to know. Promise you won't tell her?"
" you and your promises Richie."
I'm not ready to see her . Reopen an old wound . Actually it never truly healed. How am I suppose to face her after I hurt her in the worst way possible? I know Sadie will keep her promise because she knows they mean the world to me. But I also know that Millie is so smart and she'll figure it . I  don't think I'll ever be ready for when I see her again. And yet I can't wait to get lost in her beautiful hazel eyes.
