my legs felt like jello, my heart was racing, my face was burning up and i could feel the tears starting to from in my eyes. the room started to spin and i swear i couldn't speak or walk. His brown eyes just eyed me up and down in the wedding dress. his eyes looked to sad and hated it, he finally reached my eyes and i couldn't bare looking at him straight in the eye, but i couldn't help it.
"Young man!" the old lady said.
"You are not to see her until your wedding!" she scowled at him, i felt my heart shatter at her saying it was our wedding.
"our wedding" Matt says not breaking our eye contact.
"yes your wedding! look at you two! the way you look at each other and are tearing up! i never seen so much love" she says in aw
'But not she has to change her dress" she says shaking her head.
"Uh, can we look at tiaras" Ky chimes in, the old lady nods leaving me and Matthew alone. i start to walk forward but i trip, the room is spinning and i can't help but trip into his arms. i feel him lift me up and i rest my head on his chest. suddenly i black out.
Matt.
i set her down on the nearby couch, i see she has fainted and i start to panic a little, i don't know what to do. i look around the store and i see Ky walking this way, the old lady is in back helping others. she is shocked
"what happened" she asks worried.
"She fainted i don't know what to do!" i say
"i'll look it up" she says, she takes out her phone and i look back down at Riley, my heart just keeps breaking seeing her in a wedding dress. i always imagined her walking down the isle to meet me, not Nash. i feel my face turn into a glare just thinking about Nash and her together, why didn't he call me when he found her. things would be different. i would be happy with her instead of fighting against my feelings for her. i see why she wanted me to stay away. its not easy breaking an engagement. but i know she loves me, thats all i need to help me continue to pursue her. i want her back with me, i refuse to let her go without a fight.
"Okay i found something" Ky says.
"It says to, raise the persons legs above heart level, This doesn't make sense to me" she says scrolling on her phone, i hear mumbling and we both see Riley slowly sitting up. i kneel down to helping her. her eyes widen at the sight of me.
"Are you okay?" i ask not knowing what else to say. Ky leaves us again.
"I dont know what to say" i admit. i see a small smile tug her lips.
"i don't either, seeing her had a lot of impact on me" she confess. i nod my head
"I didn't know how to react, i wanted to cry but i wanted to run to you and kiss the heck out of you" i look down at her hands, intertwining our hands. she grasps it tight.
"I'm sorry Matt" she whispers. i can feel herself lean forward. her forehead rest on mine and i keep my eyes down. i don't have the heart to look her in the eye.
"You know this doesn't change anything"
"You still love me, and i still love you, i am not giving up without a fight!" i hold her hand tight and look into her hazel eyes. its masked with sadness and i can't help but melt.
"Matt, please just understand i will not hurt Nash. i do love him and i am marrying him in 4 months now" she announces.
"we will see about that." i bit out, i let go of her hand dropping her phone on the couch. i give her one last glance and she is shocked. i leave the store without another word.
